Well…running a little late today and it is just because I feel like crap for a second day in a row…yesterday was the worst with no energy and lots of coughing so I just laid on the couch all day…and the sleep last night was just really weird…I was dreaming I has a new job but I was so tired at the job that I kept falling asleep…so, I had to keep waking myself up but I was waking myself up in real life…not good for sleeping until I changed the dream to something innocuous….weird….but, today I have to try to get some things done starting with the workout and bike ride…I’m hoping that I will be able to burn the bug out by going hard…but, it may make it worse and then it will be rest again…not much to do today…I have shifted into low gear to just try to get through the day….more later…
