Well…still can’t think of any politics so I thought I’d just talk a little and see what happens…it has been a busy morning with the normal workout stuff, the grocery run, some errands, and getting the car cleaned…so, right now I am just thinking about vegging the rest of the day…got my fed check back so I can now file last year’s taxes and get that taken care of…that will make this weekend kind of fun and I am making tonight a cocktail night to celebrate…got lots of food today so I will be able to get to 2K cals a day and keep my energy level up…it was a nice ride today and I went like crazy so I am sore but feeling good…more later…
