Well….it was one  of those days yesterday where all I could do is survive it…slept crappy and sweaty and that continues this morning….but, I don’t feel as bad as I did yesterday but I am not going to take that as a sign of hope…I know for a fact that this is just a lull in the storm….the pain is coming back slowly and I am on the second t-shirt of the day already….I did muster up the energy to go out and get the papers this morning but that was a cold, cold ordeal….but, I was really good last night so maybe that is going to help today…I do need to eat more today but that is going to be hard since nothing sounds good and I really am tired of the food I’ve been cooking…but, that’s my fault…may have to drag out some cookbooks today and try to find something new…not much to do today….have been up a couple of hours and I am running out of steam already even with the coffee…and I have this low level headache that is really annoying….but, I do feel fortunate that I can just take it easy and nurse the wounds today…more later…

Oh, on last thing…happy birthday Stephen Stills…70 years old today….
