Well…have been watching a lot of music over the past couple of days for some reason…and as always….I look for a Hammond B-3 on stage whenever I do…so that means I have two more to add to the B-3 count….saw Tom Petty on Farm Aid yesterday and there it was, hidden near the back of the stage….and just a few minutes ago I saw Government Mule and the B-3 was featured prominently out front…so, two more to add to the count…

Another one for the B-3 count….
Well….as you know, I have a fascination with the Hammond B-3 organ and the people who use it…and today, I have another band to add to the count. Just sitting here watching this year’s Farm Aid concert and John Mellencamp’s band is using one…I can always tell when I hear one…I wonder why no one has been able to make a modern organ that sounds like it?
Two more for the B-3 count…
Well…just finished up the work that I had to do today…it took longer than I expected….but, were back to the Hammond B-3 count and just saw two more groups that use the B-3..Umphree’s McGee and The String Cheese Incident were on AXS tv doing concerts today and both had a B-3 on stage….so let’s add two more groups and keep the count going….can’t remember if I put Buddy Guy in the count yet but if I haven’t, he needs to go in, too….
