Well…running late today and it’s because I slept in until 7:20…yeah, I know, I bitched about never being able to sleep in but does 7:20 count as sleeping in? Not sure, but it is weird to have it light when I got out of bed….had an okay day yesterday and got a bike ride in but it’s almost April and I’m going to be back in thermasuit for the next week and that is a little depressing…I am itching for a 60 degree day that I can go out in a t-shirt and shorts…..didn’t get a lot done yesterday and the only thing I plan on doing today is cooking a big ham that I got cheap yesterday….I was going to clean but I guess I’ve lost most of my motivation over the past week….I do need to go out this morning and get my Mega tickets since it is over 500 mil for tonight…I need the idea of the hope of getting rich for at least a night….more later….

Well….on time today with the grocery run and getting up on time so I guess that is something…feel pretty good this morning and I’m not sure why…l was good last night so maybe that’s part of it, and I slept okay last night and had dreams for the second night in a row…I’m excited about that since it has been months since I had a repeat night…and this one had David Bowie in it along with typewriters and cop cars…yep, pretty weird but fun…I did get out for a good bike ride yesterday and I think that had something to do with remembering my gloves….the temp was borderline but I was still able to get out in shorts and I am working up to a full blast ride in the near future….but, the weather is going to crap by Sunday and I may have a few days next week that I won’t go since I don’t want to wear a stocking hat again….not much to do today…I am going to clean some and use up all the leftovers before I make the ham I got this morning…a 9 pounder for $8.67 is not a bad deal…more later….

Well…okay, I know…it’s been way too heavy around here lately and I really don’t want to be known as that person….after all, I have been really laid back for the past 6 months and things have been okay so let’s try to have a little fun with this one….have been trying to figure out when spring is going to come this year….it was supposed to be 56 today but that is not going to happen…and it’s supposed to be 31 for a high on Sunday with the rest of the week around 40 or so for highs…oh, well…no need to be irritated about that since there isn’t anything I can do anything about…and it was cold until May last year so there is precedent for it….I’m still laughing that I am on pace for another week of more miles on the bike than on the car….and I remembered to take gloves with me today and that made all the difference…really had a good, hard ride today and I look forward to that happening again some time….but rain is coming tomorrow and after how cold I got yesterday in the rain, I’m not sure I want to do that again…okay, so this one wasn’t fun…it wasn’t mean or mad so I guess that is something….

Well….not sure how to start this one today…didn’t win the Mega last night and that is a little disappointing but I feel okay today so that is something….slept okay last night and even had some dreams that involved the battleship New Jersey and that was a little weird…but kinda fun….did get out on the bike yesterday in shorts and no gloves but that was a little bit of a mistake…started to rain as soon as I left here and with the wind blowing over 15 I was cold by the time I got back here and it took all day to warm up again….so today, I’m going to wait a little to get out….but it is going to be sunny today so that will help some….didn’t get anything else done yesterday and the kitchen and bathroom are still waiting for attention so I think I’ll choose one and just do it today…after coffee and a little news, that is…more later…

Well…running a little early today and it may be boredom again….slept okay last night but just don’t feel right today…or, I should say I feel normal for just getting up…it usually takes a while for me to get going and today is no different….I did get the top down out and back to pool yesterday and got the summer tires back on the car…oh, and I lost at pool….I do need to remember to fix my cue stick sine the glue failed on one of the ferrules that hold it together….didn’t get anything done yesterday…well…that’s not true…I did work out, ride the bike, change the tires, and go out for pool so I guess that’s something…but today, I will get some cleaning done and come back here for another one….that will wait for a while until after more coffee….looks like I may be off the bike today since it is raining and that will continue most of the day….more later….

Well….everything is on time this morning but I am a little annoyed that I always get up before 6…slept okay last night but have been feeling cold this morning and had to look a the thermostat to make sure that the furnace is still working….maybe the coffee will warm me up…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done…again…even stayed off the bike since the wind was blowing almost 20 all day and, after Saturday’s ride in the same wind, my legs hurt like crazy so they needed to have a rest to repair…I am planning to put the summer wheels back on the car today but I may wait until wed…not sure….and I am going to get on the bike but it won’t be warm enough to go until 11 or so…not much to do today…pool this aft and maybe the car but that is about it…it is going to rain tomorrow so maybe I’ll spend the day cleaining….more later…

Well…running a little late today with trying to get through the paper and not feeling that hot….slept okay and didn’t get up until 7 or so and that is pretty unusual….not sure if that helped, though, just feeling a little run down so I think I’ll just ease into the day…it is too damn cold to go out on the bike anyway and I wonder if spring will ever get here….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I will do more today….my bathroom needs cleaning and I do need to do some laundry but not right now….need more coffee and to watch the rest of the first F1 race….I did get a letter from the IRS yesterday that they lost my 8965 form so it will be another 6 weeks before I’ll get my check back and I am a little irritated about that…but it is nice that I really don’t need it and there is no stress from it….I am going to buy a new set of tires for the car when I get it…if I can still get the size I need…more later…

Well….running a little late today and I just can’t get started…not sure why I feel so crappy this morning but I think part of it is the allergies that have flared up the past two days…slept okay last night but that really didn’t help how I feel now…could go back to bed if I could sleep but I know that won’t happen….had a nice lunch with T yesterday and that was fun…but, I didn’t get anything else done and that will probably happen again today…if my motivation level doesn’t increase, I can see just vegging the day away….but, I will get out on the bike later after the temp comes up enough…but that looks like it won’t happen until the aft with it being only 25 right now….not much to do today…don’t have to cook since I have leftovers but I may make some more pickles to have later in the week…and the bathroom needs work so that should be done but who knows? Well….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done….slept okay last night but I feel a little crappy today and I’m not sure why…I did get out an hang out with my son and his wife last night and that was quite a bit of fun…haven’t seen them since the
SD concert last fall and that is just too long….I am still pretty irritated that he weather hasn’t broken into spring yet….40’s for highs are about 10 degrees colder than it should be and that keeps me from getting on the bike until the afternoon…and that means I won’t be able to ride today if I have lunch with T….I was going to clean yesterday but didn’t get to it but maybe I can do that this morning after coffee…..I am feeling more like I should take the morning off and just veg and that looks attractive right now….not much to do today….I do have an errand to run this morning but that is about it….more later….

Well…running a little late today and, as you know, it’s usually the grocery run on Thursday morning….and, yow, 75 bucks without any protein at all? I did have to get a bunch of other stuff since my supplies were running low but darn, 75 bucks? Oh, well….slept okay last night and feel pretty good today…I guess I can thank being good for 4 days in a row and my allergies having lessened some…but, my back is still bugging me…geez, I’m getting old….did get a nice bike ride in yesterday but didn’t get anything else done so…nope….not even going to say I’m going to get something done…don’t really need to so no guilt today….I did hear from my youngest son yesterday and I am hanging out with he and his wife for a while tonight…I guess they have trivia night at a place in Dutton that is just a short ways from here and it will be cool to see them….and Michigan plays tonight so that will keep me busy….more later….
