Well…running early today and I think it’s because I’m bored and couldn’t take just sitting here doing nothing…it was an okay day yesterday…didn’t get a lot done but I did get the bike fixed and got a nice, long ride in…tried to eat more yesterday and I may have been successful…have been exhausted the past few days and I hope that is past…..but it is still a struggle to get over 1500 calories for the day….not sure if I’m going to get out on the bike for a while since it looks like there are some small storms that are coming through in a few minutes and it is going to rain a lot in the next few days so there may be a day off the bike in there…so I’ll have to fill that time with cleaning…and I need to…not much to do today….and that’s true…more later….

Well….after getting rid of the dish and having to rely on what channels that I can get on the antenna for most of the day, I noticed a weird thing….even though there are many well rated old tv shows on, the only ones I watch are the ones that I watched when they were not in re-runs….and I find that kind of funny…I mean “Good Times” was well rated and quite popular when I was young but I never watched it then and I have no desire to watch it now….and that pattern goes to many shows that have been extremely popular but I just never got into them…”Grey’s Anatomy” comes to mind or any of the “NCIS” series that have been on…have never watched any of those either and some of them were the most popular in their time…not sure what it all means but just an observation….

Well…running really early today…started this one before 7 but the site has been a little hinky and I am just now getting it to work….slept okay last night, finally, and feel okay this morning….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and probably won’t today….I do need to cook since all of the leftovers are gone so it will be pork stir fry for lunch….I did put the air on for the first time last night since it was still 86 at 10 and I was dripping….still don’t want to run it all the time since I like the heat…hope I have the bike fixed and can get a trouble free ride in….need to do that soon since there may be some storms coming…I can hope anyway….more later….

Well…have just been feeling off the past couple of weeks and I’m not sure what is going on….I know part of it is being broke and having some big decisions to make over the next month or so but there have been little things that are happening that just keep highlighting the precarious position that I find myself in…like today, the damn bike shifted down to the center front sprocket and wouldn’t shift back up and I had to figure that one out…and it just pointed out that the bike is just about done and I can’t afford to buy another one….that is the one thing that that keeps me sane and I just can’t have it go away right now….and I should be having a drink right now but I can’t since I have to show some discipline and think about my liver….and that’s a pain, too…I’m tired of thinking of stuff like that…I guess I’m just basically tired….oh, well….tomorrow will be better…or it won’t…who knows?

Well…wasted another day yesterday and I’m not sure why…okay…I did get dishes and laundry done so I guess it wasn’t totally wasted….and I did a long bike ride so I guess that counts, too….my back was okay until I got back from the bike ride but then it hurt the rest of the day and that was pretty annoying….it was pretty warm yesterday but I kept the air off and I am going to try to do that again today….still haven’t gotten the electric bill down where I need it…only down 80 bucks and i need it to get down 100….not much to do today….just can’t get started so I think I’ll just ease into the day…more later….

Well…running a little late today…just can’t get started and I think my internet has the same disease….it has been pretty iffy all morning…trying to watch the moto gp race and it wouldn’t start….and my website has been slow, too….oh, well….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today will probably be the same but I do have to do my kitchen…I think I said that yesterday, too….my back has flared again this morning and it hurts like crazy….won’t keep me off the bike but it will hurt…going to take something for it in a minute…didn’t win the powerball last night but someone in Cali did…so I think I’ll be depressed for the next couple of days….I do need more coffee so I think I’ll do that and watch the race…more later….

Well….trying to get started early today since the boredom has started early, too….waiting for the coffee to finish and I really need that this morning….oh, I did win at pool….and it was a nice ride out and back but I got a little burned even with sunscreen on…might have to buy some new stuff since the bottle I’m using is a couple of years old….not too sore today so I think the bike ride should be a good one…and I can get out as soon as I want with the temp already over 60…..didn’t get anything done yesterday but I do have to do the kitchen and cook today since I am out of leftovers and have some fresh green beans I want to cook…and a pork loin….and I do need some calories today with being under a couple of days….more later….

Well…running early today and I’m not sure why…slept okay last night and even had a few dreams that I don’t remember…and they were the first in a long time…darn….it wasn’t a bad day yesterday and today will be okay, too with having lunch with T and then out for pool…there will be a gap between them so I think I’ll just take a little drive and enjoy a top down cruise for a while….if it’s not raining…I do need to wash the car this morning since the pollen on it is quite thick….not going to do a lot else today…just the normal Friday stuff…will have to clean tomorrow and Sunday but that’s okay…there’s a heat wave coming and I will be able to run the air with no guilt….more later….

Well…running a little late today with doing the grocery run and then reading a real newspaper….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but trying to stay in shape and the bike ride was a good one….I am going to try some ibuprofen this morning since I can feel the pain in my forearms this morning….but still no back pain and I am still confused about that…it should be hurting…guess I shouldn’t bitch too much….I didn’t win the powerball last night but no one else did either so it is over 400 mill for sat….will have to come up with 6 dollars for that one…but I did win 4 dollars so I guess it’s only 2 dollars that I need….not much to do today…I do need to get on the bike early today since I am going to watch Comey’s testimony at 10…nothing is going to happen so maybe I won’t…just the live commentary on Kos…more later….

Well…had a pleasant surprise today when my oldest brother called to ask me if I wanted buy his mountain bike since he is unable to ride it anymore with a knee replacement he had 18 months ago…if I wasn’t so broke I would have considered it since it is a nice one…and then we talked for about an hour and that was pretty cool…not sure what is going on but I’ve talked to two out of three of my brothers in the last two weeks…and it had been years since I had to talked to them….okay…so it was only one thing…don’t want to pollute this one with talk of politics…I’ll do a separate one on that…
