Well…running a little late today but I have been up since just before 6 so that isn’t it….feeling run down again today but I just started drinking coffee so I guess I’ll give that some time to work…my son did come in to town yesterday and it was fun catching up…I think we’re going to hang out again today for a while so that will be cool….I did get this place cleaned up some yesterday and that is good to see….I should continue that today but I’m not sure I will….I really do hope this weather changes soon….it is only 30 outside right now and that will mean the bike ride will have to wait until later….more later….

Well…just having a hard time getting started this morning and that seems to be standard lately….and my damn back is still hurting to the point that I can’t sit in certain positions or it just screams at me….oh, well….didn’t get a lot done yesterday so today will have to be different…..my son is coming in from NYC today and it will be cool to see him…I think it’s been a couple of years…looks like the bike ride will have to wait until this aft since it is frosty out there…and it’s frickin May….I guess the climate change deniers will be saying that this proves there’s no warming going on….okay…need coffee and to move around a little more later….

Well….running a little late this morning and I really don’t care why….had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get a lot done other than the bike ride….and it looks like I wan’t get out until this aft since it is still in the 30’s and I don’t want to be cold anymore….I do need to clean some today with my son coming in tomorrow and I’m not sure if he’s coming over here or not….and I do need to clean anyway….my  back is killing me this morning and I think I should take something for it…not sure what the deal is but it is getting annoying…should try to pop it but it hasn’t worked the last 50 times I tried…..more later….

Well…running a little late this morning and there is no reason for it….no Man U today but there is soccer on and I just don’t want to get moving….I did win at pool yesterday and it was a nice ride out and back with the top down on the car….feel okay today with less pain than I have had but my back still hurts some….and my allergies have gone to defcon 1 and that is just killing me….I am irritated that is too cold to get out on the bike right now and it looks like I’ll have to wait until at least 10:30 to go…in the 30’s in May? What a bunch of crap….oh, well…that just means I can have more coffee before I go out….don’t have a lot to do today…I should clean some but I’m not sure about that….more later….

Well….just can’t get started this morning and I feel pretty crappy…..didn’t get on the bike yesterday and that may be part of it…and I may not get on it today unless it warms up pretty quickly…it’s only 40 right now and I won’t go out unless it’s 50 or so….I do only have 300 miles to go until I get to 30K but it seems like it’s taking forever to get there…don’t hurt a lot this morning and that is a welcome change from the back pain I’ve had for quite a while now…..not sure what to cook today…have a pork loin…nope have leftover ribs that need to be used….okay…need to have some coffee and it just finished…more later…

Well….running just a little late today with doing the grocery run…it was nice to make a little cash this week so I could buy groceries….feel okay this morning and my back pain is almost gone but not quite all of it…just can’t get it to crack like it normally does and that makes the pain run down my left leg…but, the rest of it is better so I’m not going to bitch too much….I did get a bike ride in yesterday but I’m not sure about today yet…it’s only going to get to 50 or so today and that is just warm enough to not wear gloves….and it’s supposed to rain so maybe I’ll take the day off and just clean a little…I need to get this place cleaned up with my son coming in Monday….but I really don’t have that much to do….more later….

Well….I finally got my new stove as I was out having a couple with T…and I made the last of the cash so that was cool…think I have enough for a month or so….still feel a little worn out today and I’m not really sure what it is….I did cook yesterday but I’m not sure if it was enough….I have a rack of ribs in the oven that have to be cooked low and slow for about 4 hours and that should make for a nice lunch…and I will have to wait to get out on the bike until after lunch since it is in the 30’s right now and I just can’t be cold anymore…one good thing is that I don’t hurt as much as I did and that is even without ibuprofen….my back is better and I hope that continues….more later…..

Well….what a pain in the ass day yesterday….spent a couple of hours cleaning up after the geyser and getting ready for them to deliver the new stove today…and there will be more cleaning after they leave today since it is raining and they will track more dirt in….oh, well…feel okay this morning but my back still hurts and I think I’ll take the day off the bike since it is raining and the high for the day is only going to be 45 or so and I refuse to wear gloves…I did get the bike working again after screwing with the shifter again but it took much longer than I expected…need to work on it again today to replace some shims…but I’m still not too motivated today so we’ll see…more later…..

Well….didn’t come back for another one today with the drains in my kitchen backing up and causing a geyser that flooded it….and they took my stove away since it was too old and had pilot lights….and they are not done yet…they had to go get a big auger to try to clean the drains so it won’t back up again….what a mess…..Well….it appears they fixed it…at least there are no geysers anymore and the drain works….one good thing…the guys laughed at my appliances and now they are going to replace all of them over the next couple of weeks….that will be pretty cool….
