Well…woke up again feeling crappy and got up way too early….have been up since a little past 5 and that is not a good thing….just feel so damn tired lately and I really do hope it is a bug….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I will have to get a few things done today…I think I did fix the bike but won’t know until I get the chance to take it out…and I’m not sure that will happen today…it’s still raining and it looks like that is going to continue today….just can’t get motivated right now so I think this one is going to be short….still a little depressed and this is too much effort….more later….

Well…running a little early today with Man U starting early….still feel crappy today but not as bad as yesterday…so far…just feel off and I know I don’t like it…it’s just exhausting….but, it is raining so it looks like I won’t be out on the bike until later if I get out at all…I am still sore everywhere so there will be a need for some ibuprofen in a little while…..and I do have to work on the bike today but that will come after the F1 race that is going to start in a few minutes….I do need to clean the kitchen today but that will be about it…..more later….

Well….have been feeling like crap all day today and it appears that I have another bug to go along with the one I just got over a few days back….feel warm and I’m coughing again…and almost didn’t get on the bike today I had so little energy….but, I sucked it up and got a ride in but have done little else the rest of the day….I did want to mention that I am down to only 350 miles left to go to get to 30K on the bike…I bent the front sprocket working on the front shifter yesterday and I will have to fix that…but, it looks like rain tomorrow so I’ll have the whole day to take car of that…should only take a minute or so….okay, now I have a bad headache, too, so it must be another bug…crap….

Well….moving a little slow today with it being a long one yesterday…I did win at pool and then went out to have a couple with K and then back here for a couple of cocktails…and the coffee is not done yet so I am just beginning to wake up….still hurt like crazy for walking the bike back Wed and I hope that ends soon….and my allergies are going crazy…saw a report on tv that said the pollen is the worse it’s been in years….hope the 2+ inches of rain we’re supposed to get over the weekend helps that some….still have to wait for the temp to come up to get on the bike…it’s only 45 right now and I refuse to be cold any more…..I do need to clean today but my motivation is gone so maybe not….more later….

Well….it was another wasted day yesterday but I felt crappy most of the day so I guess that is why….still need to eat more but I just don’t care to lately….I am still really sore from all the walking the other day and I think I’ll take something for it in a little while…I need to get out to get a new back tire for the bike since the blowout split the one that was on it…I think it was failing anyway and the thumping on the smooth parts of the trail was getting really annoying….I do want to get out on the bike today but it is only 44 degrees right now and that is just too damn cold….and it is going to get even colder next week…and it’s May…almost….doesn’t look like I’ll get much more done today but that’s okay…more later….

Well…I knew I was going to be sore this morning….but my right calf is screaming at me and it is much worse than I expected….oh, well….not going to ride today since I need a new tire and I don’t feel like going to get one….slept okay last night but just feel fatigued this morning and I know it’s from not eating enough…..it’s funny how many new muscles you use when walking the bike instead of riding it…I even hurt in my hands….didn’t get a lot else done yesterday…I may get the kitchen done today but I need to cook so I may do that instead….okay…need more coffee and to read some news….more later….

Well…this crappy week just keeps getting worse…on top of all the other stuff that has happened…today the new tube in the back tire blew…and it was only a week old….blew the tire off the rim and damn near pitched me off…but that’s not the worst of it…it happened the farthest away that I can get on my ride…and that made for a 5 1/2 mile walk back here pushing the thing that left me with blisters on almost every toe and calves that are screaming at me…didn’t do my back any good, either…and I am now sitting here in pain and hoping that it rains for the next three days until I heal up….what a week…..

Well….feeling like crap this morning and my head feels like it is filled with concrete…the pollen is just terrible and my car has turned yellow from it….didn’t get much done yesterday other than the workout and bike ride and today looks the same…..I have been getting resumes out lately but no bites yet….I think I’m going to work on it today….it has been quiet around here lately and I’m not sure I like it too much…..oh, well…..should wash the car today but it looks like storms are coming in a couple of hours so I guess I won’t…and, it’s already over 60 outside so I can go out in a t-shirt today….more later…..

Well….slept so crappy last night that it feels like I didn’t….but, other than that, I feel pretty good…physically anyway….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but resumes but today will have to be different…need to clean again today but I’m not sure how much of that will happen….haven’t been eating enough and I can feel it…but, I just don’t care to eat…nothing appeals to me right now and it is really hard to force the food down….it looks like it will be warm enough to get out on the bike anytime I want today but I am not in any hurry since I am running early without sleeping….okay, I do need coffee and to look at some news…more later…..

Well….it has just not been a good day today and that was and is reflected in these today….just don’t have anything to write about today…or anything that interests me to write about…actually, nothing interests me right now…it has been a depressing day and I just want it to be over….so, I may be back for another one today but maybe not….

Okay…just did see one cool thing…my son has one of those camera doorbells on his house and just captured a coyote walking across his front lawn….
