Well….feel a little crappy this morning and my neck is sore again so I’m in a pretty crappy mood…and the coffee hasn’t started to work yet so it’s a double whammy….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today needs to be different…but, there is a race on today from Bristol so that will take up the afternoon…after I work out and get the bike ride in this morning….man, this is just not going well so I think I’ll come back later to continue….

Well…running on time today and have already read the paper…which is not hard with how crappy the GRP is these days….feel okay this morning and don’t hurt too much so that is cool….I did get the bathroom done yesterday and that was really needed….going to try to do the kitchen today but I need to cook first…going to make a pork loin in the pressure cooker today…almost forgot that the best pork loin I have ever made was in it so I am going to try it again…need to cook it longer this time so it is tender all the way through….had ice on the windshield this morning and I am really tired of it being too cold to ride when I get up in the morning….okay…need more coffee and to look at some news…more later….

Well…woke up today and am not really sore anywhere and that is weird….okay…nope, my neck hurts so I guess I was wrong….it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool….and I had the top down out and back even though it was kind of cool…nice ride….didn’t get anything else done but today will be different…I am going to get the bathroom cleaned at least and maybe the living room, too….I am going to have to wait to get out on the bike today since it is still in the 30’s right now and I refuse to wear gloves near the end of April….I did get the new tube in the rear tire of the bike but it looks like I’ll need a new tire too since the cords are starting to go and it has a thump to it that is annoying….more later….

Well…running a little early today and there is no reason for it other than I got up early….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and it looks like I won’t get much done today…I did get a bleach load in the washer already to try to get the whites white again…..my sheets were looking quite dingy…I did get the new tube in the back tire but it looks like I’ll need a new tire soon, too…the cords are starting to go and it is annoying to have it feel like it is out of balance….not much to do today…pool, probably…but that is about it……more later….

Well…okay, there is something really wrong this morning…I feel pretty damn good and that never happens…don’t hurt anywhere and the cough is better…I wonder if I’m finally getting over the bug that I’ve had forever? Whatever it is, I hope it continues…it is so tiring to feel like crap for so long….had a pretty good day yesterday but I did have a flat on the bike for the first time in two years…I did get back here before it went flat so that was cool….and I have a new one to put in it for only 8 bucks and I’ll get to that in a minute…I did go out and have a couple with G last night and it went okay and then I was good when I got back here so maybe that has something to do with feeling good….it is raining right now so I will have to wait to get out on the bike today but that is okay, too….don’t have a lot to do today so waiting a while is no big deal and I want to have more coffee anyway…..more later….

Well….running a little early today and that is starting to become normal…not sure I want it to but it is what it is….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but didn’t need to….and that is starting to get boring…I did get a nice bike ride in yesterday but not a long one with the wind blowing and today looks the same but I will need to get out early today before it gets worse…and it is already over 60 so I can go as soon as I get the workout done….my lungs seem to be better today but I’m still coughing a little…hope it’s done soon since it’s been 3 weeks and I’m tired of it….I am going to clean a little today…yeah, said that yesterday, too…but today will be different…maybe….more later…..

Well…I think I may be on time today but I’m not sure…things are still a little scrambled around here….I did get some stuff done yesterday but not a lot of cleaning so I think I’ll do that today…still walking around in pain and I can’t figure that one out….got a long bike ride in and I plan on the same today since the leg pain is gone…and it was nice ending up in the park yesterday….still coughing and that is really annoying but I think it’s allergies now….not sure what I’m going to do today….don’t have work to do around here anymore so I guess I’ll have to find something new to do…more later….

Well….had a nice bike ride today and since I’ve been back, I just don’t feel like doing anything political today…just wasted an hour with videos on youtube that started with looking for Michigan ermine or stoats and ended up with looking at plane crashes and all kinds of other stuff…man, I could spend a whole day out there looking at plane and boat crashes and other weird stuff that you just don’t see anywhere else….but, I won’t…I still think it was cool to see an ermine on the trail Sunday….they are more common than I thought but never having seen one before, it was a surprise…not getting anything done again today….oh, I did a load of laundry, does that count? Might be back for another one later….

Well…about on time this morning but I’m late on the coffee and that is not helping….was up early again today and my back still hurts so I think I’ll try to do something about that….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I really don’t have anything to do so I guess that works out…have an errand to run this morning and will make the last of the cash but I’m really okay with that….got a really good bike ride in yesterday and I hope today will be the same…..I am a little sore from going hard but that’s okay, too….need to get back on track and lose some weight….okay…the coffee just finished and I need a cup…more later….

Well…there haven’t been a lot of things to see out on the trail lately…until this morning that is….I did see a snake about a week ago and just forgot to write about it…okay, back to this morning…I was on the part of the trail that winds through Kentwood and came across an animal I’ve never seen before…at first, I thought it was a ferret since it looked so much like one but when I got back here, I found out that there are no indigenous ferrets that live in Michigan but I did find that there are little animals called ermines that are native to Michigan and this one looked just like the pictures I saw on the net…with a really cool looking dark brown, fluffy fur…in all of the years I’ve lived here, and all of the time I’ve spent outdoors, this is the first one of these I’ve ever seen…pretty cool….
