Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done…going to continue that today until I get the kitchen done…slept okay last night and had a weird dream that my Miata was just a loaner from a radio station that was going to give it away in a contest…and I found myself without a car again…strange….the bike ride yesterday was just brutal and I am feeling it this morning…going out the first 5 miles into a 20 mph wind took it’s toll on my back and legs and I hurt this morning….going to do it again today, though, since I just need to…I’ve been good for 3 days now and I feel pretty good today other than the pain…the weird thing is the pain that I thought was going to be in my right elbow is in the inside of my right forearm….a new place for pain that I have never had before….not much to do today….going to continue to clean after I do the bike ride and I may run a couple of errands but maybe not….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done….slept okay last night and had a dream about keys for some reason and that was a little weird…feel okay this morning with being good last night and that will continue all week…I found that it does help to take ibuprofen before the bike ride but I’m not sure if I’m going out today…it is cold with about a 20 mph wind out of the East and that makes the outward leg just torture….and it is going to rain in a while so I’m not sure if I want to get wet today…a little too cold for that so I may just skip today….not much to do today….the papers need recycling and I do need to clean before Man U comes on this aft…they need to win today and sun to make the champions league next year…but, they have been pretty disappointing this year so who knows?  More later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool….didn’t get to the kitchen but don’t feel bad about it…slept okay last night but feel a little slow this morning…the coffee is just not working so I guess I should get busy having more….was thinking that there hasn’t been any trail weirdness lately or tiny bunnies or anything to report…man, my life is really, really boring right now….not sure why that would be but I feel it….my right elbow is teasing the pain that is to come and it is just annoying…at least it’s not a surprise anymore which joint is going to hurt this summer…I am going to take some ibuprofen before the bike ride today and see if that helps…not much to do today….I should say that I am going to try to get to to the kitchen today but I probably won’t…might just make this a lost day and veg all day….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…slept okay last night, too, but I feel a little slow today since it was a cocktail night….had a nice long bike ride yesterday and may do the same today if it warms up some….but, I am taking it easy right now and trying to work into the day slowly…coffee is helping but the bike ride may have to wait for an hour or so….I am a little confused by the pain that is there but the progression is not the same as before…it is still just a shadow that is reminding me it’s there but has not gotten worse yet…and I stress the yet since I know it’s coming at some point…not much to do today….got the bathroom done yesterday and today should be the kitchen and I am going to try to get to it…but, who knows?  More later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool…slept okay last night but feel pretty worn out after the long day yesterday…was on the go from 10 until I got back here at 6:30 and I’m not used to that….I did get to see T for a couple of minutes and that was fun….and I had the top down the entire day so I may have gotten a little sunburned even with sunscreen on….didn’t get anything done yesterday so today will have to be better….I do have cleaning that needs to be done and I will get to some of it today…even if that is just the bathroom….not much to do today…it is already almost 60 so I can get out on the bike any time but I’m watching Man U right now and will probably wait until the match is over to go out…and the Kentucky Derby is on today so that will be a given too….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I was busy until the afternoon…and that is a good thing…got the car cleaned, finally, and a few things done around here…slept okay last night but woke up again with pain in my neck from sleeping wrong and can’t really move it too well…it’s actually between my shoulder and neck and it’s happened before so I’m not concerned…the shoulder pain is still just an echo so I am going to just treat it like an echo and not worry about it right now….I did take some ibuprofen yesterday and it helped some so I just tried that again and hope it helps….it looks like a nice day today and it is going to be a top down day…going to put the top down when I run errands around 10 and leave it down all day until I get back here tonight…it is so cool that the car is quiet again that I like driving it again….not much to do today…that’s not really true…have an errand to run after the bike ride then out to make some cash…then out for pool and, after that, out to HH with T…going to be a long but fun day…more later…

Well…it was a pretty good day yesterday, getting the car fixed and making a little cash…and the car is quieter than it has ever been…and that presents it’s own problems…now I can hear every other noise it makes and I’ll have to get used to them again…still…pretty stealth….slept okay last night but the dreams were not cool enough to remember…I do remember there were Russian prisons involved but I’m not sure why….not much pain this morning but my shoulder has been giving me some previews of tightness that I hope doesn’t turn into pain…didn’t get out on the bike yesterday with all the rain but I will today…but, I need to wash the car first so I can wax it later today…going to do a complete cleaning, too, so the glass will be acceptable to me….and the interior is dusty so that will have to be done, too…but it is different when you choose to do something to the car instead of having to so something to it….not much to do today…need to work out then take the car to wash…want to hear what it sounds like with the top down….I do need to clean and do some work around here but that can wait until the weekend….more later….

Well…just got home from running some errands and thought I’d just do a little update on the car….took it in this morning to have a stock exhaust installed and couldn’t be happier with it…the stealth Miata returns….I don’t think it has ever been quieter and it feels good to be able to wind it out a little without the sound being so loud I couldn’t hear inside the car….and the guy I took it to for the replacement I found out grew up in the Ada/Cascade area that I did and we had some laughs while he was working on the car….and, I got to hang out in the shop while he was working on the car…something I miss with all the rules that shops have to live by. The kicker was that he asked me what it was worth to me and I said 30 bucks…he said that was too much for 15 minutes of work so he settled on 25 bucks….it’s nice to have something good happen for a change….and to have my car back….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool….slept really crappy again and feel pretty worn out this morning but I am running early since I have the stock exhaust that is going on the car at 8 and have to prep for that….the Walker that I got looks good and I hope it is a quiet as it says…Quiet Flow SS….that makes me laugh every time I see it…it will look pretty weird with 4 feet of pipe hanging out the back of the trunk taking it there…..but, that will put this whole saga to rest and I will be able to drive the car normally again….it does not like the short shifting that I have been doing to keep it reasonable….not much to do today…just get the car done and then back here to clean since it is going to rain all day…should be able to get caught up on the bathroom and kitchen today….oh, one last thing…Happy Star Wars Day…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a bunch of stuff done so that was cool….worked from 8 til 3 and I am a little sore from it…but I even got the bike ride in in the aft and don’t feel bad about skipping working out…will do that this morning….have been having some cramps in my calves and big toes out on the bike and I’m not sure what that is about….the toes still hurt now and I hope the traveling tendonitus is not settling there this year….for the second night in a row, I’ve had some dreams but again, I don’t remember them and that is frustrating since that would give me more to write about here…and lately, I’ve needed the help….not much to do today…have to hang around here to wait for the new exhaust to come that I am having installed tomorrow morning…will be nice to get my car back and be able to drive it like it likes….I do have to clean here but the trash bin is full so I will have to wait til they come to empty it before I can get started…more later…
