Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done but the bike ride….slept crappy again and we’re back to that pattern so I guess I’ll have to get used to it….the elbow tendons are starting to scream at me again so it looks like it will be ibuprofen all day today to try to get the swelling down….I was really hoping for a pain free summer but no luck….just finished the grocery run and spent 67 bucks that I didn’t have but needed to spend….well…that’s not true, I can afford it but it still hurts to take most of your free cash just for groceries…I did get my new sunscreen that I needed with being able to put the top down the next week or so…got sunburned on the bike yesterday and need to pay attention to that….not much to do today….going to wash and wax the car and then prep for the first Wings playoff game tonight….got a huge ham for 9 bucks today so I may cook that, too, but I’m not sure yet…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but it started out really crappy…was having my morning coffee when the handle of my coffee cup broke off with coffee going everywhere….a huge mess that I just don’t need first thing in the morning…and, I’m running late this morning with going out last night and I just can’t get started….slept okay last night but feel pretty crappy today with only eating one meal yesterday and I need to make sure I don’t do that again with getting back one the bike…I know I’ll pay for that later but just couldn’t choke down a second one….I think the tendons are going to hurt again this year with my elbows showing a shade of pain yesterday on the bike and I hope it stays a shade and not the pain I had two years ago where I couldn’t pick anything up without screaming….not much to do today….going to clean a little and then come back here for at least one…it is going to be shorts day tomorrow and I’m not sure if it’s too early…we’ll see…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done, again, slept okay last night but woke up with cramps in my calves and feet and that is a new one…the handle broke off one of my coffee cups while I was drinking and spilled coffee everywhere…lots of cleaning today and it’s not something I look forward to….I did another Route 66 marathon yesterday and I still need to do a post on it and the time capsule it is back to the time before freeways….it looks like the Wings start the playoffs wed so that will give me something to look forward to for the next couple of weeks…not sure how they will do but maybe the second round? Who knows?  Not much to do today…going to get back on the bike this morning since it is already about 45 and it’s not raining or snowing and then there will be the cleaning….no cooking today since there are leftovers and I still need to restrict calories to make up for not being on the bike for a week…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done….slept okay but feel a little slow today so I am easing into the day with coffee and the paper….I was going to clean yesterday but the Wings were playing in the aft and that broke my day up…to be honest, I didn’t really want to clean anyway…I did do a “Route 66” marathon yesterday and I am going to do a post on that later today…have the first 4 seasons on my son’s server and that makes almost 120 episodes….not sore again today and that is almost a month since I’ve had pain so I am wondering what will come next….still no bike ride today since it is snowing again but that will break later in the week and I will get back in the groove…I do miss riding but I am not going to be cold anymore…not much to do today….Man U plays at 11 and there will be more “Route 66” but that is about it….I do need to do laundry today to clean my bedding but that is about it…more later….

Well…woke up this morning to 4 inches of snow and ice on the car and that will set the mood for the day….it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was cool…slept okay but the bed is torn apart so I must have tossed like crazy…and feel a little slow so maybe I didn’t sleep okay….didn’t get a thing done yesterday so today will have to be different…maybe….still no pain so that is a plus but I haven’t been on the bike in a week and it looks like a few more days until it gets warm enough to go again…and that makes me grumpy and guilty but I guess I’ll have to live with it…the trip out to get the papers with the summer tires on ice was interesting to say the least…it is a skating rink out there and I hope it melts today….not much to do today….the Wings play this aft in their last game that they have to win to get into the playoffs so I’ll be watching that one….more later…..

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get a lot done….made a little cash and that was cool but I am so damn tired of the cold weather…had to warm up the car again this morning since it had ice on it…and that has kept me off the bike for a week now and that makes me cranky, too…slept okay last night but the Wings lost so now the suspense carries over to a must win Sat night…aargh….I’m not sore today so I guess that’s something….haven’t had a lot of energy lately and I’m not sure why….and I’m tired of thinking about it….I would love to have a week where I didn’t count calories for every bit of food I eat….but, that’s not realistic so I guess I just have to live with it….not much to do today…going to make a little cash later in the aft and the Tigers have their home opener today so I guess I’ll watch some of that and clean a little but that’s about it….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool….running late today and I’m not really sure why….the computer was giving me some problems but that only took a few minutes to fix so that can’t be it…oh, well….I was not good last night since I suspended my cocktail rules for the remaining Wings games…I won’t comment on last night’s game since I want to do one on that later….feel okay today and the elbows don’t hurt so maybe I can escape the moving tendon pain this year…but, my big toe hurts and I think I have a cramp in it…darn….I haet this darn gloomy weather we have been having and that looks like it will last until next week…it is time to get into shorts and I don’t want to wait….not much to do today…there is another Wings game tonight and I need to go to Meijers again but that is about it for today…more later…oh, and three more of these to get caught up….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool….boring dreams again last night made the okay sleep seem a  waste of time but I guess you do have to sleep….didn’t get out on the bike and today looks the same but I really don’t feel bad about it…I’ll just double up when the weather gets better and get back into shape….still no pain to speak of but I can feel the twinges of the moving tendonitus starting to show up in my elbows again this spring….some stiffness is starting and that is usually how it starts….but, I’m not going to dwell on it until it gets to the point I can’t use my hands without pain….I did get the car washed yesterday and it needed it…couldn’t see out of the glass and you know how that bugs me…not much to do today…the wing play the first of their last three games tonight and have to win two of them to make it into the playoffs…might break my cocktail rule to root them on but we’ll see….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I had no energy at all so it was basically vegging…and I don’t like that….feel much better today and have a little energy so I will be back to the workout and bike regimen today…the bike will have to wait until this aft since it will be cold but that’s okay…I have things to do until then….slept okay last night but had disappointing dreams that really didn’t have anything to them…no revelations, no flying, no nothing so that is disappointing…one cool thing happened last night…on “Better call Saul”, they had the last flying B-29 bomber as part of a plot point…and I have actually touched that one and took pictures with my sons in front of it when they had it on display here in GR…..pretty cool….not much to do today….have a couple of errands to run this morning…need batteries from Harbor Freight…but that is about it….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done….the furnace appears to be fixed so that takes a load off and it is nice and toasty in here…and, it needs to be since it felt just so cold when I went out for the papers and I couldn’t wait to get back in the warm….slept okay last night and no earplugs for a second night so that is something….no dreams, though, and that is more annoying than anything else….I did get a bike ride in yesterday and I didn’t think I would…but I won’t today with the high staying under 40 and I just don’t want to go full thermasuit….I was going to run errands today but I just don’t feel like it right now….not much to do today…going to just hang out around here today and maybe clean the kitchen but that’s it….more later…
