Well…I wonder if I’ll jinx it if I say that my shoulder doesn’t hurt this morning? Haven’t felt anything but stiffness since I got up, other than in my collar bone, and I even slept on it without pain so maybe I can stop talking about it…I was down to about 6 hours in bed last night so that means about 4 1/2 hours of sleep and I’m not sure if that is sustainable but it has been going on for quite a while now…getting up at 5 or 5:30 is starting to get old especially since I have to wait so long to get on the bike with the cold… and it is going to get colder over the next week with the temps in the 20′s for highs so I think there will be quite a few days off…I am going to try the weight machine for the first time in 3 weeks this morning and I hope it doesn’t re-injure the shoulder… I do need to have some exercise without the bike…didn’t get much done yesterday and today will be the same with pool this aft…although, with not riding the bike, I do have time to do something this morning…will have to think about that…more later…

I’m not surprised…
Well…with the revelations from the NYT article Friday night that the idiot trump has been under counter intelligence investigation since there is ample evidence that he is a Russian plant being given orders by Putin, we now have the additional facts that trump has been trying to keep secret what was said in the 5 meetings he has had with Putin since he was installed…going so far as to rip the notes out of his interpreters hands and threatening her not to talk to anyone in his own administration what was said in those meetings. Now, I’m not surprised…trump is so damn corrupt and is clearly being controlled by Putin that he had to do this or Putin wouldn’t have been able to give him his orders…and this is in addition with what was reported just yesterday about the WH meeting with the Russians after trump fired Comey…that Putin TOLD trump to meet with his people in no uncertain terms. I have lost hope that the repubs will do anything about trump even though he is destroying this country since they are all guilty of taking Russian money for their campaigns laundered through the NRA…so it’s up to us to rid this country of all of them in 2020…and to resist every damn one of them until then….impeach…
January 13th
Well…it’s a typical Sunday so I’m running a little late after reading the paper before coming here…slept okay last night and my shoulder is better with barely any pain, just a little stiffness and that is a welcome change…but, it took three weeks to get here from the crash and that seems to be a long time…it looks like the workouts on the weight machine will start again tomorrow and I am kind of looking forward to it….feel like I’ve lost half my muscle mass and need to get that fixed…I did get a nice ride in yesterday but my toes got pretty cold and I may need to splurge on some wind proof socks to help that with the cold weather that is coming next weekend…highs only in the teens but I won’t be going out when it’s that cold…just no reason for it….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but didn’t have to and today looks the same with no cleaning necessary again after the big clean last week…so, how bored will I be? Soccer doesn’t start for another 2 hours and Man U doesn’t play til 11:30 so it will be a chore to fill that time….maybe I will clean a little….more later….
Is this enough?
Well…how big of a damn bombshell do the repubs need before they remove the Russian plant from the White House? It was revealed yesterday that the FBI has had a counter-intelligence investigation going on the idiot trump since he fired Comey and has spent the first two years of his term basically doing everything that Putin and Russia want…and the NYT laid out the reasons for the probe yesterday in a piece that speculates and seemingly proves that trump was installed by Russia and continues to do their bidding. The scary part of this whole story is that is shows that trump is owned by Russia, but that’s not all…the former FBI agents that commented on the news yesterday stressed that what the NYT reported is just the tip of the iceberg and there is much, much more to this story than the information they have…and Mueller has all of it….the ball is in your court, repubs…what the hell are you going to do about this traitor….you freaked out and wanted to impeach Obama for bowing to the Japanese PM, how about trump giving away the country and the world to Putin? This is why we have to throw every damn one of these traitors out in 2020…they are just as bad as trump…impeach…
January 12th
Well…didn’t get up til after 6 this morning and, for the first time in 3 weeks, I was able to sleep almost pain free and do my normal flipping and flopping from right to left side all night…and my shoulder is almost pain free right now so I may try to do the bike ride without ibuprofen today….I have been waiting for this since the crash and I was wondering if it would ever happen…had an okay day yesterday and got a bike ride in but it was pretty cold going out at 27 degrees…I think that is the bottom edge of temp for me…made the ride uncomfortable but it is already over that right now so I can go out as soon as it gets light…the trails were dry and should be today, too, and it makes it more fun when I can zone out a little and not pay so much attention…didn’t get much done yesterday but didn’t have to with getting the place cleaned Thursday but I will have to cook today…have to look for a new recipe for chicken thighs since I am getting bored with the normal baked with potatoes and veggies…but that is pretty easy so I may just say the heck with it and go with what I know…more later…
Politics is killing me…
Well….finally got a bike ride in this week and it was cold but it felt good…but, it didn’t help fix my problem that politics is killing me and turning my brain to mush so I think I’ll take today off from writing about the idiot boy and his cronies and just noodle around a bit to see what happens. Yesterday was the 50th anniversary of the release of Led Zeppelin’s first album…and yes, I said album, and that is hard to imagine since it still sounds fresh and I listen to songs off it every day….it’s depth and longevity is still inspiring people today and even millennial rockers are trying to copy the sound…and getting good press for doing it but there will never be any more than a pale imitation of Zep. It was Donald Fagen’s birthday yesterday and if you’ve been here at all, you know how much his music means to me so I won’t go on about that again…just let me say happy birthday, Donald. Okay, that’s enough for now…I promise to come back to politics tomorrow…or try to anyway…
January 11th
Well…running about on time this morning but don’t feel that hot…now I have pain in both shoulders for some reason so there was no way to get any relief sleeping last night…and now the neck pain is back so I did take some ibuprofen already and I am now waiting for it to work…I did get the chance to get out and have a couple with K and C yesterday afternoon and that was fun to get out of here for a while…and I did get this place cleaned up, too, so there is really nothing for me to do today but wait for the temp to come up and get out on the bike to see what the trails look like…have been off for three days now and that makes me a little grumpy and I just feel a little slow…going to wait until Monday to try the weights again since I think the pain in my shoulder is not muscle pain and it needs some more healing time…not much to do today…and that is true…so I am going to just have some more coffee and let the day start on it’s own….more later…
Harbor Freight against the wall…
Well…just laughed pretty hard after reading a new article about the latest prototype of the idiot trump’s “steel” wall that has replaced the “big, beautiful” concrete one in his fevered brain….okay, I’m still laughing…you know I really like Harbor Freight and the cheap tools that they sell…and we all know that most of them are throwaways at that price point…but they do work for a little while and that thought came to me when I read that the testers were able to cut a hole in the new steel “wall” prototype in minutes using a cordless angle grinder with a cutoff wheel installed…now, I looked at one of those in the latest catalog from HF that I get sent to me and they are under 10 bucks and the cutoff wheel is only about a buck and a half, so the new, millions of dollars a mile “wall” can be defeated at any point in it’s length by an $11.50 purchase from Harbor Freight….how stupid are trump and his cronies? Okay, didn’t need to ask that…they show it every day…maybe I should buy stock in HF? Impeach….
January 10th
Well…running early for a Thursday since I decided to do this before the grocery run due to boredom while I wait to warm the car up in a half hour…slept okay last night and was able to roll onto my right arm for a while with just a little pain but I am feeling that right now…the pain is not as bad today but it is still there and I think most of it is from cleaning the bathroom yesterday…but, I got the bathroom cleaned! That was the first time in almost three weeks that I was able to clean anything other than a little spot work for too long and this place sure needs work…and I may get to vacuuming today since the carpet needs some work just like everything else…didn’t get a bike ride in yesterday and probably won’t for a few days with the cold weather and snow that won’t be melting anytime soon…and that is going to make me grumpy with not being able to work out either…oh, well….I may be able to get out to have a couple this aft with K and C if it works out and it will be fun to get out of here for a while and hang out with people for a change….have driven so little that I haven’t put gas in the car since before christmas and still have more than half a tank left…more later….
The real reason for trump on tv…
Well….now we know the real reason for the grifter in chief to go on tv last night with another one of his racist screeds…money…nothing but money…and not for the wall but to fill the coffers of his campaign. Just before he went on, his campaign blasted out an e-mail to his followers telling them they will get on trump’s “nice” list if they send money to a “wall” fund that will allow trump and his cronies to continue to “fight” for the wall…and right after they sent out another e-mail saying there was still time to get on the list and contribute to the “wall” fund if they do it right now. We all know that if the idiot is speaking he is lying…and in the fine print it is revealed that the money is not going to any “wall” fund, but straight into idiot boy’s re-election fund…so now he’s even lying to his base so he can scam more money out of them with the one issue he still has left that mobilizes them…the stupid wall that will never be built. I wonder how he will spin it when the repubs abandon him and pass government funding without the wall? should be fun to watch…impeach…
