Well…sitting here waiting for the rain to end so I can get on the bike and that is making me grumpy….and, I can’t think of anything to write about and that’s not helping…thought about doing another one on the idiot repubs but even I’M getting bored with that….I could talk about Man U and how terrible they are playing with no wins in the last 6 matches and just the most lackluster performances….and now there is talk that VanGaal is on the way out…and that would be the second coach in three years….I’ve never liked his style and what he has made the club into…they do play better defense this year, though…okay need to run an errand….more later…

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I did finally get a few things done…the carpet around the bike had gotten some grease on it so I had to clean all of that…the damn thing has been squeaking like crazy and no lube has helped….cleaning it with some simple green did and I think it may have been that there was sand and dirt in the swing arm bushing…slept okay last night and feel okay this morning but I am anticipating the back starting to hurt again soon..it is damn frustrating when it is so inconsistent and I never know what is going to make it hurt…sometimes it’s bending over, sometimes it’s sitting down…or standing up….you get it…and the weird thing is that it just stabs me with pain and then quits….oh, well….not much to do today…looks like I need to wait until after lunch for the bike ride and then there is soccer on later….going to take it a little easy on the back and see if that helps….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done….didn’t even ride the bike since it was so cold and windy…slept okay and feel okay today but a little worn out…my back is confusing me some since it doesn’t hurt when I get up but then gets progressively worse as the day goes on….weird….but, the neck pain is gone so that is something….it looks like I’ll have to wait a while to get on the bike today since it is only 22 right now and I want it to be in the thirties at least before I go out….okay, this one is going to be short…just not feeling it right now and need more coffee….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I even got a few things done….slept okay but lost an earplug and I can’t find it anywhere…that is just weird and I’m a little perplexed….no dreams to speak of and that’s okay….my back hasn’t hurt a bit today yet and I am just waiting for it to start….it is just crappy anticipating the pain that I know is going to come later today….I did get a bike ride in but I am going to skip today with the snow and Ice that I know will be on the trail….I can use the rest and just don’t want to be cold today…or maybe I’ll wait until this aft…it’s only supposed to get to the low 30’s so that won’t help get the ice melted….tomorrow will be warmer so maybe I’ll wait til then…..not much to do today…going to clean but first I’m going to be disappointed with watching Man U lose again..cripes they are getting to be the Lions…more later….

Well…as you know, I have the long-running thing going where I report when I identify a band using the Hammond B-3 organ….it seems that almost all of the bands I still listen to use one and today I heard one in “Cry Baby” from the “Pearl” album by Janis Joplin. Yeah, I still call it an album…that makes me really old but I’m okay with that….more to come….

Well…I did get out on the bike today even though it was only about 30….and I saw the weirdest thing that I can’t remember ever seeing before….just as I was hitting the trail it started to snow but instead of just hitting the ground and sticking like they normally do, when these flakes hit the ground they exploded into tiny, dust-like particles and blew away in the wind. Now, I’ve been around a long time but the world and the weather still make me grin at times….and never ceases to surprise me….pretty cool…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…again….and I will try to make today different…how much different, I don’t know….running late again, too, for some reason and I didn’t even shower this morning…yet….just can’t get started even with the second cup of coffee….sitting here, I was hoping that the back pain had subsided with all of the cracking it did yesterday but then I moved and it hasn’t…darn….feel okay, though, so that is something….not sure what, but something…haven’t had to put the snowies on the car yet and it looks like I won’t have to until late next week….I do need to take advantage of the warm temps to get that done….had them on the first week of November last year and I am pretty happy that there hasn’t been any snow yet this year….it is cold today, though, an that will make for full thermasuit if I decide to take a bike ride today…have been out with it as cold as 19 degrees but that is pushing it…not much to do today….just going to clean since the spiders are in the bathroom again and the kitchen looks like an abandoned house…more later…

Well…running a little late today just because I can…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool…didn’t get anything else done and today looks the same…just not motivated to do much…and it is snowing out there and that is depressing…it shouldn’t be since this year is just so much better than last year…we had already had below zero temps last year and all I have to do is get through the next three days of cold to get back to the 40’s and 50’s so I guess I shouldn’t bitch too much…my back seem to be a little better today but we’ll see as the day goes on….it still twinges some when I move and I am still going to try to get it to crack later so the pain will really go away….it looks like full thermasuit for the ride today but that’s okay if I can get out for a ride in the snow…..not much to do today….going to try to get a few things done around here and do some cooking but that’s about it….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was cool….it looks like I’ll be able to pay the rent in January so that takes a load off…slept okay and had dreams of landslides and Ada and that was weird…running for your life in front of a landslide is kind of exciting, though, so I’ll take it….my frickin back is still hurting like crazy and it is taking all the energy out of me, but trying the old things to help it is just making it worse….need to think that one through and see if I can figure out something new….the new tire on the back of the bike is making me smile…I didn’t realize how bad the old one was…reminded me of the cartoon bikes with square wheels that were in my youth….not much to do today…pool, I think, and making lunch but that is about it….I did do the grocery run this morning and got some russett potatoes that are just huge…one could make two meals for me so I’m not sure how to cook them…may have to make mashed to portion them out….more later…..

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a lot of stuff done so that was cool…slept okay but my back seems to be deteriorating to the point where it is hard to move around at times when it decides to stab me…I know what the problem is but I don’t know what to do about it..and that is the most frustrating part…at least my neck is starting to heal some but that is not enough….think I need some ibuprofen…I did have to get a new tire for the rear of the bike since the old one split across the tread on the way home Sunday…glad I had the tube protectors in it…rode home with them sticking out…the bike is so much smoother now and it was fun to go out yesterday….but 20 bucks for a bike tire? The tires on the Miata were only 40 bucks each….not much to do today…have to run an errand and then out with G later but the rest of the day is going to be trying to get my back to pop so it will stop hurting…more later….
