Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool…and they came and finished my bathroom ceiling so that makes things easier in the morning….it was so nice that I had the top down in short sleeves on the way out and back but today is just ugly out there and it looks like no bike ride today…I have a lot of work to do around here so that works out pretty well…have had cramps in my right big toe for a couple of days now and that is kind of weird…I think I’m clenching it on the bike and will have to remember to relax when I go out…it is nice to have everything back to normal around here and it will be a relaxing day today…I hope….still need to take some ibuprofen this morning since my forearms are sore for some reason and it will probably help my back, too…not much to do today…just work around here, laundry and cleaning…and I need to finish off the leftovers so I can cook again…more later…

Oh, one last thing, happy birthday to Neil Young…70 frickin years old today…wow….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and the nice lunch with T helped the rest of it…slept crappy again last night and feel it today…and, the time out with G didn’t help…and not getting on the bike while I was waiting for the idiots to come and finish the bathroom didn’t help either….they did promise that they will come this morning so we’ll see if that happens…my back has been really sore the past few days and I haven’t been able to get it to crack like normal…it even hurts on the bike which spikes every time I use my right leg….bitch, bitch, bitch….I am grumpy with my life being disrupted for the past two weeks..but, I did get a nice new coffee mug from T yesterday and that makes me smile a bit…the thing is huge and red since it is a Salvation Army mug so I guess I’ll have to fill it half way….not much to do today…pool of course and then I’ll have to clean my bathroom but I think I’ll let that wait til tomorrow…more later….

Well…another day goes by and they still didn’t come to fix my bathroom so I had to go to the office to bitch…maybe they’ll come tomorrow…I am starting to get a little pissed about this whole ordeal and the disruption it is having on my life…..I was going to talk about the repub debate tonight but I am so bored with all the hate and ignorance that I won’t watch this one….I’ll let other people that get paid to do it watch it and I’ll just comment on the analysis tomorrow….it was a nice lunch with T today but I didn’t shoot pool…Tom had to reschedule and that worked out okay since it gave me time to go to the office and bitch….I did get the top down on the car and it was really quite nice….might be able to do that again tomorrow but then the weather is going to go to hell so I won’t be on  the bike or have the top down until next week….okay…that’s about enough…I know there’s not really any content here but you see that sometimes….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but this one is going to be different….my internet is going to be down periodically for the next three days so there may not be as much content added as would be usual…this goes with the guys not coming to finish my bathroom ceiling yesterday and I am starting to get really annoyed about that…I have work to do around here and can’t do that with people coming in and out…aaargh….I mean, how long should it take to replace a 2×4 foot piece of drywall?  Going to bitch to the office here if it’s not done today….I would like to get the damn thing cleaned and be able to put my stuff back out….slept okay last night and had some strange, recurring dreams that are boring me…I do have lunch with T to look forward to along with pool today but I don’t think I’ll have enough time to get a bike ride in and shower  before that…so it looks like I’ll be off the bike today…damn….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done…I think I’m going to stop feeling bad about that….I did get to watch a  lot of sports so that was cool…and I got a nice bike ride in so I guess the day wasn’t a total waste….feel really crappy this morning and I think it’s from not eating enough yesterday…damn…not sure how I fix that…I know…eat more…but that’s harder than it looks….slept okay and had more Miata dreams of not being able to find where I parked it…not sure what that is about either….that’s not even a fear of mine…wonder if it’s literally about losing it? Hmmm….not too sore today and I think the bug might be breaking since I am coughing less this morning but I still feel crappy so maybe not….not much to do today…I hope they finish the damn bathroom today since it is so fricking annoying prepping for the work every day….I think I’ll take it easy and just feel better….more later….

Well…running a little late today with watching the Moto GP race that just ended…slept okay last night but don’t remember the dreams that I had…forgot to try to remember after I woke up and that usually means I won’t remember…darn….not really very sore this morning and that feels good for a change…I still have pain in my forearms but I think that is from tendonitus that I just live with….it is really cold this morning so the bike ride is going to have to wait a while…had to warm the car up for the first time with the frost on it and I knew it was coming but that doesn’t make it any better…didn’t get much done yesterday so today will have to be different…really don’t have much to do with cleaning all week but the kitchen could use a going over and I think I’ll do that…not much to do today…football, soccer and racing is about it….just a normal Sunday….

Well…haven’t written about this one yet and I almost forgot to do it…it has been a good November on the bike so far but it has been a little unusual, too….the last day that it was really warm I saw something I’ve never seen in November before…snakes on the trail…it was almost 70 when I went out and I saw 4 snakes just sitting on the trail, probably warming themselves since the night was kind of cold…weird but cool…and the bike is still working like a champ…still squeaking but everything else is working great….probably didn’t need to buy the new shifter…..

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I did get a little stuff done…slept okay but this damn bug is still killing me with all the coughing….I thought it was breaking the other day but last night was bad so I guess I was wrong…I am sore everywhere again with both elbows just killing me so I guess some ibuprofen is in order before the bike ride…have been trying to get the damn squeak out of it for a couple of days now and I can’t figure it out…the shifter is still working great so that makes the squeak a little less annoying…need to wd the shock mounts before I go out and see if that’s it….it is pretty cold right now but I need to get out in the next half hour or so so I can see Man U play at 10….and I need to get the ham in and the potatoes peeled before that….not much to do today….just racing, football, and one errand to run so I will miss the first half of the Michigan game….have most of the cleaning done but the bathroom will wait until they finish the ceiling Monday….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done with the guys here repairing the bathroom…and today looks much the same with them coming to finish it up…I hope….slept okay last night but that had to happen with how little sleep I got the night before…must have only gotten about 2 hours Wed night and I felt it all day….I did finally get a bike ride in after he left yesterday but I’m not sure about today…it is really windy and I don’t like going out when it is blowing 20 or better…..not too sore today but I better take some ibuprofen anyway just in case I do go out…..it is going to be a pain cleaning up after they are done today but it will be nice to be able to put my stuff back out on the counter….not much to do today….will probably clean the kitchen a little but that is about it….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but the idiots who are supposed to fix my ceiling never came and I am irritated about that…slept as crappy as I can remember last night and I am tired this morning…all the damn wheezing and coughing all night is getting really old really fast…I did get a bike ride in and the shifter is still working great so I guess that should make it a little better…but, not enough….I have been sore in new places the past few days and I’m not sure what that is about….but, it’s not much worse than normal so I’m not going to bitch….I did have the top down on the run over to the grocery store this morning and I am marveling at it being 61 at 7:30 on November 5th…but, that is all going away over the next few days and I’ll need to start dressing for it…I will get to t-day in shorts as always and this year that hasn’t really been that hard….not much to do today….going to get my hair cut in a few minutes and then back here for the bike ride….and the leaning tower of papers need to be taken care of so that will be on the agenda for the day….more later…oh, and one more on Ben Carson’s just absolute weirdness….you’ll love that one….
