Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done, again, but I really don’t have a lot to do so I guess I can live with that…not sure I want to do the regular stuff here today…you probably don’t care how I slept…and I don’t either so I won’t talk about that…I’m not sore this morning and that is a good thing but we’ll see how that goes after the bike ride…I do need to get on that right now since the rain is going to start soon and it looks like it is going to keep up most of the day…I do have some errands to run this morning so I’ll probably get to that after the ride…probably won’t work out today since I won’t have time to do it before the ride…not much to do today…I have some things I should do and might do but I’m just not motivated right now…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done at all….kind of a relaxing day…slept okay last night and I feel a little slow today but it is nice sitting here listening to the rain and the end of the 24 hours of LeMans….might have to take the day off the bike today if the rain keeps up…but, it looks like it will be over in a couple of hours so I will get out later if I feel like it…it was a nice ride yesterday so I may be tempted to get out later….don’t need to guilt of not going….and I am losing weight still so I want to keep that up…I did get out for a couple with K yesterday and that was fun…but she didn’t mention that I shaved the beard off and I’m not sure what that is about….not much to do today…going to try to clean the kitchen, again, and then watch races but that is about it….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but there was no pool so I didn’t lose…that’s a good thing..slept okay and got the bike ride in between the raindrops so I could put the guilt away for the day….got some stuff done and ran a few errands so the day wasn’t a total waste….a bore, but not a total waste….and today looks the same…I am a little sore today and there is no reason for it but I do need to take some ibuprofen before the bike ride but that is going to wait until I watch some of LeMans that is starting in a few minutes…not much to do today…going to watch races and just hang out today…may go out for a couple with K later but I’m not sure about that….more later…

Well…it was a really busy day yesterday and i worked on stuff around here from 8 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon…but, I got everything done and now things are back to normal…and that is relaxing…slept okay last night but no dreams this time…darn it….I do feel a little slow today but that will be okay since it is raining and I think I’ll take the day off the bike…yeah, that won’t happen if there is a break in the rain…riding makes me feel better and I feel guilty if I don’t….I was so sore yesterday aft that I had to take some ibuprofen for it and my allergies are so bad today that I think I’ll take something for that, too…man, maybe that’s why I feel miserable today…not much to do today…pool, of course, oh, and I sewed the cue case back together the other day…and I should do more on the kitchen…but probably won’t…more later…

Well…running late today and I’m not sure why that would be…got out to get the groceries before 7:30 and just had one cup of coffee before I started this…slept okay last night and even had some dreams which was cool and I feel somewhat refreshed this morning…and that is a good thing since I have a lot to do today and need to get started on it….got a few things done yesterday too, so there has been progress this week….had the top down to go get groceries this morning and that was fun….I do like the looks the Miata gets when I do that…but, I did notice that there are more and more people that are actually using their convertibles instead of running the air…which is cool…nothing like a convert in the cool air in the morning…not much to do today…okay, that’s not true…have so much to do that I have to push the bike ride back until this aft if I go at all….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash and that was cool…I even got the bathroom cleaned so I am spider free for the next few days and I have a shiny bathroom that makes me smile….even started on the kitchen an did the microwave and today will be the rest of it…might even clean the fridge but that may be too ambitious a thought for me before I get the coffee down….slept better but not great last night and I still feel a little worn out…but the soreness from the 5 mile walk back a few days ago is starting to abate and I don’t look like I’m a hundred anymore….I did get through a whole bike ride without a flat yesterday and I hope the same for today…but, it looks like I may get wet today with the pop up storms that have been happening all morning…not much to do today…going to clean…yay….but that is about it…I do have errands to run and I wanted to wash the car but that won’t happen…I guess I’ll just wait for the rain to clean it….more later…I will be back for a political one later…just read an article that really irritated the hell out of me….

Well….there are things happening that I should comment on…and I may later but right now I just wanted to relay something I have been seeing on the trail for the past couple of weeks…with the huge number of Robins that land on the trail, I’ve seen a few of them take off and fly down the trail and land again repeatedly as I come on to them….but today, I had this really stupid Robin that did this procedure for almost 200 yards as I rode up to it…it must have been 20 times this bird just kept moving, then landing, then moving, then landing until it got tired, I guess…just a really stupid thing since there is no food on the trail or any other reason for it to need to land there…the world is a peculiar place at times….

Well…it  was an interesting day yesterday and I fought bike problems all morning just trying to get the ride in….and another tube fail in the rear tire…no puncture but the seam just failed…again….so to make sure, I took the back wheel apart and cleaned everything…washed out the tire, the rim, and even washed the tube protectors…the tire is still up this morning so maybe it’s finally fixed…it was a long walk back and my legs hurt like crazy today but I’m hoping the ibuprofen will help…slept crappy last night and am feeling it right now but there is soccer on later in the day that I can nap to….I do need to clean the kitchen today and will get to that..or the bathroom…not sure which yet….other than that, not much to do today…might have to run out for a couple of errands but that is about it…..more later…

Well….it was a long day yesterday and this lung bug I have took a lot out of me…even went to bed dearly last night…but I woke up with cramps in my right foot that are still there…it’s like I had my toes clenched all night and it hurts to walk…slept okay, though, so I feel okay this morning and maybe that will translate into getting something done today….didn’t get much done yesterday but today I do need to do the spiders in the bathroom….there is on large one that I think is eyeing me when I go in there….I do have some errands to run today but I may wait until tomorrow….or wed, not sure…I do need to put the golf clubs in the car and hit a few just to see if the back will hold up…and try to play at least 9 holes the next couple of weeks…..not much to do today….and that is the truth other than work out and get the bike ride in…..more later…

Well…can’t get any farther behind so I thought I’d just talk about some stuff and see where it leads….I did get out on the bike this morning before what little rain we got here and it was a pretty good ride…I’m sore as heck again so I’m not sure what is going on with that…probably the only reason I went out today was to prevent the guilt that usually follows skipping a day on the bike…Not sure if I relayed that I shaved my beard off last Monday…just needed a change and I think I look quite a bit younger without it…have even gotten some good comments out on the trail from the regulars there so I may leave it off for a while…the skin under it is pretty tender, though, and I have to remember that or there are nicks and blood all over the place from shaving…oh, I did have a funny experience at Meijers yesterday morning…after getting the weekend supplies…I was walking by one of the freezers and noticed they had chicken on sale…10 lb bags of leg quarters (that’s a leg and a thigh joined together) for $2.90…yep, 29 cents a pound for chicken…so, of course, I had to buy 2 bags and now I have 20 lbs of chicken in the freezer and not much else…just couldn’t pass it up….okay…that should just about do it for today…there are some new shows on the server that I want to check out….
