Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was a good thing…slept really, really crappy last night and I think I pulled something from tossing and turning so much…and then up at 6 or so after not getting to sleep until about 1 so that makes it about 4 hours or so of sleep…I’m starting to think that that is the amount that is normal for me….didn’t get much done yesterday since the world cup was on and my prediction of the outcome of the Brazil game was right…but, I am going to talk about that in a post later so I won’t go deeper into that here….I am looking forward to the game this aft to set the final so I will need to get everything done early….and I do have some stuff to do today…have to go out and check on my equipment and run a couple of errands and that might be fun with the top down….not much to do today….I am going to try to clean the bathroom again…and that is try…not sure if I will or not….but, it is getting to the point that the spiders will take over unless I do it…more later….

Well….it was an okay day yesterday but seeing the damage to all the old trees from the tornado was a little depressing…can’t imagine what the people in the path are going through….slept okay last night and with being good, I feel okay today…but the night was boring and I really do need to find other things to do other than watch tv….looks like the bike ride is going to be put off until later today since it is storming right now but I can still work out and get some stuff done around here…not much to do today…looking forward to Germany/Brazil later today but that’s really all I have to do….more later….

Well….I finally go there this morning…20,000 miles on the bike! I has been a long 6 years but rewarding…maybe not rewarding but it has been fun and I have seen lots of weird stuff….like this morning when I heard on the news that a tornado had come through around a mile from my place last night…and right on my normal path on the bike…it looked like a bomb had gone off there and the was not one undamaged tree left standing…it was kid of strange coming up to the area…it’s look had changed so much with the trees being flattened that I had to look at it for a while to recognize the normal landmarks….a pretty close one….more later….

Well…it was another day yesterday and there were a few interesting things that happened so that was okay…got the chance to get out and have a couple with C in the aft and drive the car a little but the night was interrupted when the power went out in the middle of a show that I was watching…after sitting in the dark for an hour, I gave up and went to bed…the storms were pretty cool though but they think there was a small tornado that went through about 2 miles north of me…I’m going to take the bike out and take a look at the damage later since that area is on my normal route….slept crappy last night and that is leaving me worn out this morning but one more cup of coffee and I’ll get started on the day….not much to do today….going to take it easy since my back has flared up and I’m pretty uncomfortable….more later…

Well…F1 is in a red flag for a crash so it looks like the perfect time to get this one done….it was an okay day yesterday and I did get the car cleaned…the glass was so filthy that I just couldn’t stand it anymore…slept crappy again and I’m not sure what to do about it…I did have one good day last week and that makes it even more frustrating…didn’t get much done but I need to do better today…but, there is so much racing on that I may just skip everything and veg…not sure yet…may even skip the bike ride since the next race comes on at 11 and at noon…I am going to try to clean a little since the spiders are taking over the bathroom and I need to get them gone….more later…

Well….as you can see, I didn’t come back for another one but it’s early in the month so I can catch up later….it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool but the fireworks that went on all night were a pain in the butt…so many of them around here that I could smell the sulphur in my place…annoying to say the least….did not sleep well since I forgot to take my allergy medicine and could barely breathe….last night was a bore with a boring race and not much else to see…it looks like tonight is going to be the same with another race but maybe it will be better….not much to do today…I am going to clean some and watch soccer, yep, I’m still doing that, and there are some good matches on today…but that is about it.,..now it’s time to get out on the bike since it looks like a nice morning out there…more later….

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was good….slept kind of okay, too, so I’m not sure what is going on….didn’t do much yesterday but the grocery run and some cleaning but I don’t feel bad about that…being broke has a way of depressing you so nothing really sounds good…I am getting closer to the 20K mark on the bike…only 60 more miles to go and that will put it next Tuesday that I will get there…might have to celebrate a little….I am a little down remembering what the 4th used to be like with the big parties and raising a little hell and now nothing really…there will be pool today since I made some cash so that will be fun…and making a delivery late last night got me out to watch the fireworks that people are setting off…it smelled like fireworks everywhere with the top down and that was kind of cool…not much to do today…pool, of course, and then back here for races and soccer….yep, still going to watch the rest of the world cup even though we’re out of it….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I did get some stuff done on the car so that was good….still waiting to see if the lube of the front end got rid of the squeak…I do think lubing the throttle cable helped..it has idled fine today so far….slept crappy again last night and I have been up since 5 so I will need to compensate for that today…running a little late today since Brian just stopped to chat for a while but, what the heck do I have to worry about…it looks like the weather has cleared up so that will make for a nice ride today…not much to do today…I am going to make some big ribs today since I am just so darn tired of chicken and I have been under eating almost all this week which left me just so tired all day yesterday….will try to fix that today…and I still haven’t made any money so it looks like I may have to skip pool tomorrow unless a call comes today…..more later…

Well…I know it’s only been a few weeks since I reported that I had a new set of speed records on the bike, but today I broke them again and thought I should report that, too. On the downhill pedaling, the new record is 30.6 mph..helped a lot by a 20 mile an hour tailwind and 3 cups of coffee…and that resulted in a new top speed at the bottom of the hill of 34.5 mph….which is really hauling on a bike…at least it is to me…I wonder if I can get to 40 mph by the end of the summer?  Sounds like a goal to me…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I did get a few things done so that was good….no more world cup for the US so that is bad but not unexpected….I did have some problems with the car that I need to work on today…the throttle hung up and gave me an idle around 2K for a while but I think that has to do with the cable needing some lube…and I had a squeak in the front that I think will be from the same thing…going to get under it this morning and hit all of the bushings with lube, too….not much to do today…other than the car that is….I am going to clean the bathroom and start getting rid of the unneeded mail….and then I’m not sure…more later…
