Well…up early this morning and it was day two of not sleeping again so I am a little worn out today…already, but, I was good last night so there is hope that the day will get better…there were dreams but just some frustrating stuff that had to do with the IRS, again, and I don’t remember the rest of it…it was an okay day yesterday but I was quite worn out from not eating enough and not being good Sunday…didn’t get much done but working on the bike and I think I’ve got the seat adjusted right finally so my legs don’t go numb…not much to do today…need to continue the cleaning and run a couple of errands but that is about it…more later….

Well…as you can see, I didn’t come back for another one yesterday…just didn’t have a topic I wanted to talk about and didn’t want to get into filler on the first day of the month…slept pretty crappy, breaking the string and I feel pretty crappy for it…didn’t do much yesterday but watch races…I did get out to see K for a few minutes and it got into a philosophical discussion about religion…I may have been a little hard on her but I’m not sure…have to remember that she is gentle and not used to arguing like I am…there was a cool thing on the trail yesterday…saw a huge owl just sitting there in the park…must have had a 4 foot wingspan…first one I’ve seen in a while….not much to do today…just going to take it easy and get some things done around here…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I watched a lot of races but didn’t get much else done…I did do the bathroom and today will be the kitchen…slept okay last night and that is a string of about 5 in a row and I’m not sure what the heck is going on…I like it but can’t figure it out…I did get the bike worked on and tightened up the rear wheel bearings so it will be fun to see if that makes any difference this morning…but, today is the least favorite day of the month when I have to pay the rent and I will be depressed about that all day…I hope a nice bike ride will help….I do need to have my second cup of coffee and veg for a minute but I do want to get out early so I can get the kitchen done before lunch…more later…

Well…sitting here waiting for the races to start and thought I’d get the last one done for the month…not much politics…have done a bunch of those lately, but today I just don’t have one of those topics so it’s going to be trail stuff…it was kind of weird yesterday when I was coming through Kentwood on the trail and saw a bunch of Vietnamese women cutting greens along the trail…big bags of whatever they were cutting…I know you could do that but had never seen it before…today, sitting at my last water stop, I saw a flock of about 20 scissor tail swallows hunting in the field across the trail…just like little fighter planes how they changed direction to catch the insects they were eating….not much else from the trail for a while…and not much else from me for the day…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I lost at pool again…but slept okay so that is a a good thing….didn’t do much else and I should have….but, I am going to get some things done today before all of the racing starts…the weather has been almost perfect over the past few days and it looks like another nice one today that I do have to take advantage of with a long bike ride…the bathroom is still calling me and now it needs to be de-spidered again so that will be one thing that I will get done today…and the kitchen floor needs it, too, so I do need to get moving….more later…

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I had a free lunch with G so that was fun…slept okay last night and feel okay even with having a cocktail last night…but, I didn’t get anything done and I feel a little bad about that….and, today looks like more of the same with pool this aft…but, I may be able to clean the bathroom this morning after the bike ride…not sure if I will but it’s something to think about….it is such a nice morning out there that I am taking the ride here in a few minutes and it will be a long one today…may have gotten the squeaks out of the bike but I won’t know until I get out…I do need to go over to target this morning to get some new sunscreen but I’m not sure if I want to…I still have some so maybe I won’t…who knows?  More later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I did get out to meet up with the new Miata group who are much more fun than the MOMM group…lots more talk about cars and drives etc, and much younger people….slept okay last night and had some dreams that were kind of weird but okay….feel okay today with being good again and I could get used to this…it looks like a nice day today and I need a long run on the bike to still work out the kinks…kind of sore still and I think it may be the new normal….not much to do today…need to stop at the bank and deposit a check and do the grocery run this morning, then some cleaning but that is about it…more later…

Well…just sitting here thinking about getting ready to head out to meet up with the other Miataistas…Miataites? And thought I’d do one more of these to get caught up…I did get out to get the bike washed and, even though I used a buck on it, it is still not completely clean…looks better than it was, but still not clean….I will have to re-lube the whole thing before I can take it out tomorrow without squeaks…I did get the car done, too and have found some abrasions on the inside of the top that need to be repaired before they go all the way through…still trying to think what to use…maybe some black iron-on patches would do the trick…duct tape for the time being should keep it from getting worse….it’s another day of being good so that will make for a boring night but I am getting used to them…that’s it….not much more to say right now….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I slept okay last night…running early today since I am already bored so I thought I’d do this one to make sure I can get caught up before the end of the month….it looks like another one of those misty mornings…ha, ha…that’s a Zep song….that makes it interesting on the bike…well..not interesting but different…..I think I’m going to take the bike and car over to wash a little later…going to ride first since it is going to rain off and on this morning…and I won’t have to have it done until later….going to take it a little easy today but I will get to the bathroom today….looking forward to the meet up with the Miata guys later, too…might be fun…more later…

Well…running out of days to get caught up so I thought I’d better get going today…it has been an okay day and I finally got last year’s taxes done and sent the IRS a check for 1100 dollars…at least I don’t have to think about them any more now….now I have to do last year’s state return, too, but that one will get me back a few hundred bucks so that will be okay….I do need to take the bike over to the car wash tomorrow since I am going to wash the car, too, and the bike is so coated in mud and crud that I am getting embarrassed to ride it….and I do have to get the car done for the Miata meet up tomorrow night…will be cool to have a weekly thing going on just to get out of here for  a while…hope these guys are a little more interesting than the MOMM group….okay…this one is long enough to count so I am going to stop here…
