Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I was good last night so I feel pretty good today…still didn’t sleep much but that’s the new normal and I’m not going to bitch about it….did talk to T yesterday a few times and that was nice and I made some money so it looks like I have enough for groceries through the end of the month…not sure yet if I want to turn this week into birthday week and raise hell all week…probably not since I feel too good today to give that up….maybe later in the week…I do have to keep up on the ibuprofen since the swelling in my left elbow is really painful and now it has gotten to my right knee, too….I have been waiting for this years tendon pain and it is finally here…looks like I may take the first day off the bike since April with the storms that are coming in and I don’t think that is a bad thing…the legs could use a day off…not much to do today…I do need to clean around here and I just may have the motivation to do it today….more later…

Well…haven’t done one of these in a while…and it’s not because there was no weirdness, it’s just because I keep forgetting to do one of these….and some of the stuff isn’t really weird, it’s just things I don’t normally see. So, let’s start with the fox the other day…not weird but I can’t ever remember seeing one running around during the day….then, there were the two fawns that were just standing along the trail that just looked at me as I rode by…didn’t see their mother anywhere but she must have been around there…oh, here’s the weirdness….I saw a pair of long running pants on the trail today…just lying in the middle of the trail and the I could never understand that…I mean, how do you get to the middle of a run and decide ‘I don’t need these pants anymore so I’ll just take them off and leave them here” ….what kind of a thought process would allow anyone to do that? Oh, well…I’ve seen weirder things out there….

Well…not running late today and there is no reason for it….just decided to get after it so I can get on the bike early…it was an okay day yesterday but I still have that bug that came on Tuesday….still coughing and warm and I’m waiting for it to start again today…I did sleep okay last night and it was cool to see the fireflies out….there was a bunch of them right at my slider and it just made me laugh….didn’t do a lot yesterday…just kinda vegged to rest with the bug…looks like the same thing for today…I will get the bike ride in but that will be about it….more later…

Well…running late again today but not really…I guess it’s getting to be normal on the weekends to get one out around 9…it was an okay day yesterday but I lost at pool for the 2nd week in a row….I did try to eat enough yesterday and we’ll see if it helps on the bike today…I do have to adjust the seat since the nerve going down my right leg has been pinched the past couple of days…and the pain has been quite severe along with weakness that just annoys me…maybe that crap comes with being almost 60? Hope not….oh, I should go take some ibuprofen before the ride….not much to do today…it looks like another hot one and I should wash the car but probably won’t…who knows? I will come back for another one later since I did skip the second one from yesterday…

Well…running really late today and it’s just that I can’t get motivated to do anything…and the coffee isn’t helping at all either so I guess I’ll just have to live with it…I did have a little fun yesterday hanging out with K for a couple and had a nice drive back so that was cool…slept okay but wrong…my right shoulder hurts like crazy from sleeping on it and I am waiting for the painkillers to kick in so I can get on the bike and get a long ride in….at least the bike is working well again and no squeaks…oh, said that yesterday…not much to do today…pool, of course, but that is about it…still haven’t washed the car yet but without any motivation that probably won’t happen any time soon….more later…

Well…have been just lazing around here today and nothing has really grabbed me enough to write about in politics so I thought I’d just noodle again and see what happens…I did see two deer on the trail that were almost red in color and that was kind of strange…not the normal brown at all….the bike has been working great and not squeaking at all and the rear tire has not gone flat so I must not have damaged the tube…I have been waiting for the sun to come out so project even the tan can continue but with no much luck today…might try it here in a minute since there are now shadows….okay…going to try it…more later….

Well….running late again today and it is just because I’ve decided to slow the day down, enjoy the coffee, and try to get relaxed a little..it is so tiring feeling that I need to get things done and going at it like a job…so, today there will be no looking for work…just going to let the day come as it does and try to get back to enjoying life…it was an okay day yesterday but didn’t accomplish a thing and that is starting to annoy me…but not enough to do anything about it…yet….I did see that I can get t-bone steaks for 3.99 a pound at a little store on 28th street and I just may go and get a few…haven’t had a steak in a long time and it may be good to splurge a little….not much to do today…I was going to wash the car but not sure if I am motivated enough to do it…who knows? more later…

Well…running really, really late today and, for once, I have a good excuse…my internet was down until a few minutes ago so there was nothing to do about it…but, I’m running again and it feels good so I’ll get to it…had the worst energy day in a long time yesterday and I know it was from the 4 days of only 1000 cals or so each day…so, yesterday was eat everything in sight day and I got all the way up to 1800 before I just couldn’t eat any more…feel much better today so I think I’ll keep it up for a couple of days and see how I feel…it is really hard for me to eat that much, though,…maybe I have some kind of eating disorder….slept okay last night and no red Miata dreams so that was a plus…not much to do today…making some chicken for lunch with a new marinade to go with the potato salad I made yesterday…still trying to find out what is missing from it but I am getting close…more later…

Well…I survived the first and paid the rent but I still have that nagging thing in the back of my head about continuing to be able to do it…it was an okay day yesterday but still no movement on getting things done around here and I am trying hard to not beat myself up about it…maybe today if it keeps raining…and I may even take a day off the bike today…well…no, that won’t happen even though it should with my legs being so dead and hard…will go over 1K later in the week but I am so far behind I won’t get to last year’s totals….slept okay but that damn red Miata was there again…not sure what that is trying to tell me…not much to do today…going to try to make a good redskin potato salad today but that is about it…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but didn’t do much…I probably should have but there was just no motivation…and today is the first, my least favorite day of the month which will keep me pretty low for the day at least…slept okay but had one small dream about the Miata and accidents but it wasn’t my Miata…it was a red one and that was pretty weird…I do have a few things to do today starting with getting my hair cut since it is looking pretty shaggy and I was going to wash the car but it is supposed to rain tomorrow so it looks like wed instead…it looks like I’ll get over a thousand miles on the bike by the weekend and it has been working great so maybe I should hold my breath?
