Well…from what I read this morning, it appears that there is a “wide ranging” discussion going on in the DOJ abut the ramifications of indicting the idiot trump for his hundreds of crimes committed while in office….but I really don’t think that should be considered…did he break the law or not? Is there enough evidence to convict? Those should be the only questions being talked about…who cares if his thug followers are going to be mad and riot? Those are the considerations of a banana republic that is ruled by men and not by law…so, all anyone needs to do to avoid going to jail is have enough idiot followers who are armed thugs and who will riot if he’s charged? Let’s look at the ramifications if he’s not charged…he will do it again as he is doing right now…still pushing the big lie in every interview and speech and comment…and he is still pushing his rot across this country in every state where he still has repub followers who are doing his dirty work for him…and with no consequences for his sedition, if he is not charged there will be a next attempt by the repubs to make sure they are the only ones who will ever win an election again…it is already bad enough that the repubs don’t think the law applies to them, letting trump go would just reinforce that and we will get more lawbreaking with impunity and what are the ramifications for that? It was never a consideration to look at the “ramifications” when charging any other crime boss and there shouldn’t be with trump…there is more than enough evidence to convict him and that cancer needs to be cut out of this country…and the sooner the better…

Looks like the DOJ may have woken up..
Well…just wanted to do a short comment on a bit of news I have been waiting to hear since Merrick Garland took over the DOJ…just a couple of days ago, the DOJ asked for transcripts of all of the interviews that the Jan 6th committee has done so far and that is around 1200 people that were somehow involved in the attack on this country…and I’m not sure but this might have been the plan all along…to let the committee do the work and get these people under oath so the DOJ didn’t have to fight every one of them in court….I’ll be more assured when I hear of indictments for Meadows, Bannon, and the idiot trump in the near future…and I hope some of it happens before the public hearings start on June 9th…and the indictments would go a long way to break through the stupidity of those involved who think they can just run out the clock and are waiting for the fall elections with the hope that the repubs will take control of the house and stop the committee from continuing…but it appears that with this request, no matter what the repubs do, the DOJ is going to continue to build cases against these thugs who tried to overthrow the government….we can only hope anyway…
Is there no integrity anymore?
Well…I sure hope you’re laughing at that title because you know, when we talk about anyone in trump’s orbit, there never was any integrity about anything…and you just have to look at Rod Rosenstein and William Barr to emphasize that. We all know what a shill for the idiot trump Barr is…but, just this past weekend, in a speech he gave and in some reporting, Rosenstein was revealed to be just as much in the tank for trump…regularly giving him updates on the investigation into him in direct contravention of DOJ rules and, more than that, against any bit of personal integrity that Rosenstein should have shown given the supposed independence of the DOJ. Ole rod was shown to be the worm that he is when he did all of this in fear of losing his job…yep, he helped destroy the DOJ and the US just so he could protect his pension and fawned all over trump just for that purpose, telling him he was on trump’s “team” and could “land the plane” of the Mueller report so it would not hurt trump. I know I’ve used this analogy before, but it is still pertinent to these behaviors by Barr and Rosenstein…now, when John Gotti was under investigation, would it have been proper for the FBI or the DOJ to give him “updates” on how the investigation of him was going? Yeah, we all know the answer to that one…no, no NO! Rosenstein has now cemented his place in American history as the worst deputy AG that has ever been in the DOJ and I really hope that the media will keep pounding this until he ends up an ambulance chaser in Podunk…that’s all he deserves…impeach…
Just can’t get started…
Well….over the past couple of weeks, I have had a serious problem with getting my brain working well enough to put these together with the ease that I am used to…can’t work up the outrage necessary to go on a rant and that used to really work for me…one thing that has been really irritating me me is the conduct of the justice department under Holder…where he has no problem going after medical marijuana patients and the dispensaries in many states…people who are doing no harm…but then leaves the bankers who crashed the economy alone…along with the thugs from GW’s administration who clearly admitted they broke the law and committed multiple felonies but not one of them has even been investigated. This nonsense continued to the hacker that killed himself when the DOJ came after him and hounded him with the flimsiest of cases…what the hell is wrong with these guys? As long as the continue to give the real crooks free passes, they are teaching them that they are above the law and when normal people continue to be targeted while obeying state law, it corrodes the rule of law and contributes to the widespread feelings that the government is out of control…it’s not, but things do need to change…but I won’t believe it until I see one of the banksters doing the perp walk…geez…
