Well…I have never been so appalled at any administration as I was today when I read that Holder will not use any of the new evidence that came out of the senate investigation to hold anyone accountable for these violations of both US and international law. I am doubly appalled at his reasoning that goes right back to the “I was just following orders” that he Nazis tried to use at Nuremburg…his new take is that if there was a memo written by basically anyone that said that torture was legal, then no one can be held accountable…this right here is enough to have him fired or tried himself under international law and treaties and I fault Obama and this misguided policy for the continued ruining of the US’s standing in the world….I just hope that some other country will take up the cause and charge any one of these idiots that ordered torture…I talking about you Bush and Cheney and then arrest them when they enter their countries, which is perfectly legal under international treaties that the US has signed. I am speechless that the rot of the Bush years has been allowed to continue…this country is finished….and I mourn for it…

Just can’t get started…
Well….over the past couple of weeks, I have had a serious problem with getting my brain working well enough to put these together with the ease that I am used to…can’t work up the outrage necessary to go on a rant and that used to really work for me…one thing that has been really irritating me me is the conduct of the justice department under Holder…where he has no problem going after medical marijuana patients and the dispensaries in many states…people who are doing no harm…but then leaves the bankers who crashed the economy alone…along with the thugs from GW’s administration who clearly admitted they broke the law and committed multiple felonies but not one of them has even been investigated. This nonsense continued to the hacker that killed himself when the DOJ came after him and hounded him with the flimsiest of cases…what the hell is wrong with these guys? As long as the continue to give the real crooks free passes, they are teaching them that they are above the law and when normal people continue to be targeted while obeying state law, it corrodes the rule of law and contributes to the widespread feelings that the government is out of control…it’s not, but things do need to change…but I won’t believe it until I see one of the banksters doing the perp walk…geez…
Pushback against the thugs…
Well…just a short little one on the testimony that Eric Holder gave at the idiot Issa’s committee today…I know ole Darrell was thinking that he had an easy target to score points for the crazy assed right….but they didn’t count on Holder pushing back on this continuous nonsense that Issa especially has been doing…using his committee to waste money on all of these “investigations” that have not yielded one instance of wrongdoing by anyone…okay, back to the pushback…in the committee there was some heated exchanges and then Holder laid the smackdown on Issa…”…It is inappropriate and too consistent with the way in which you conduct yourself as a member of Congress. It’s unacceptable, and it’s shameful…” Let me add that it’s about time that everyone in the Obama administration treats these idiots as the partisan idiots that they are and stop caring what they think…Issa needs to get back to the work of the people…not his personal witch hunts and we can help him by telling him he is ridiculous whenever we get the chance…
