Well…listening to the whiner in chief talk the past few days and his assertion that the federal government is only “backup” for the states, it made me wonder where that whole idea came from. In my lifetime it has always been the feds who have taken the lead in disaster relief…until idiot boy, that is…I wonder if “backup” is just trump’s shorthand for “I’m just too lazy or stupid to do anything” so don’t expect anything from me or anyone around me…now I’m going to play golf. And the latest whine from the laziest *president in history is that hospitals are “asking for too much” as if the money for the PPE and other equipment they need is coming out of his own pocket….and the lack of federal response boils down to only one thing…trump just doesn’t want to work that hard and even telling other people to do something is too much work for him…so he just won’t do it…and that is killing people all over the country and your friends and family, and me could be next….
