Well…it’s eclipse day and it looks like it will be cloudy so there won’t be much to see….I did see a little trick using your cell phone to watch it but I think I’ll make a pinhole camera, too…slept okay last night but feel a little crappy today…my son’s server has been down since yesterday and that is a little irritating….no tv to watch….oh, well…have been coughing all morning and I think it may be a bug…might be a part of why I feel crappy today….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks the same….I do need to clean the bathroom today but I’m not sure I will or not…one good thing is my back still doesn’t hurt and I’m not sure why….more later….oh, the powerball is up to 650 million so I am going to have to find some cash to get in on it….

Well…there is a bit of delicious irony going on in the farm states around this country and all I can say is it serves them right…okay, buried the lede here but I’ve been reading about the shortage of farm labor that is leaving food rotting in the fields…and I wonder why there is a shortage? Could it be the racist asshole in the White House and his ICE gestapo? The delicious part of this is that rural/farm areas went overwhelmingly for the idiot….and these people that are now whining probably voted for trump. So, morons….elections have consequences and now maybe you can get over your dem hate and use your minds to stop voting for repubs up and down the ballot…they don’t give a damn about you and never have….I really don’t want to wish ill on anyone, but damn, this is what happens when you elect an idiot….
August 20th
Well…running late today and almost forgot to do this one before I got on the bike….had a nice day yesterday and got some cleaning done so it looks like I won’t have to do any but the bathroom today….slept okay and don’t have a lot of pain today so no pain killers before the bike ride….my back has been pain free for days now and that is really weird…..but, I’ll take it….Tom stopped over yesterday and we swapped food…it was nice to meet one of his daughters….looked at the powerball and it is 650 million for wed…might have to spend the rest of my cash in hand to buy a couple of tickets…..not much to do today….need to get on the bike in a minute and then just veg for the day…more later….

Well….was just sitting here reading about the fallout to the racist trump’s meltdown from Tuesday…there has been huge amounts of political damage done, with all of his rich guy buddies bailing from his advisory committees and then most of them folding so the “people waiting in line to join”, as the idiot asserted, have no place to join….but, the best, most delicious result is hitting the idiot in the pocketbook. Since Tuesday, there have been at least 15 non-profits and other companies who have cancelled events at his ugly, gaudy Mar a Lago resort….and I am sure there will be many more to follow. Now, this couldn’t happen to a worse person…while I feel for the people who work there who will be out of a job, they are crappy jobs that trump doesn’t pay anything for….I hope this will be the final straw to make the idiot see that his time is over and he’ll give up and resign…he is going to jail anyway and should spend the last year of freedom with his idiot family…oh, I guess he’ll be in prison with them so there is that…impeach…

Well…running a little late today…woke up early and then went back to sleep…something I never do….so I didn’t get up until 7:30…and the Man U game was already on…they look pretty good but no score yet…slept okay last night and feel okay if a little slow this morning…won’t get on the bike until the match is over and that may be a good thing…I got sucked into youtube yesterday watching SD concerts…found one from this year and then another one that I saw in person from Pine Knob and that was pretty cool….and T got tickets to go see them here in GR and I am happy about that…this will be the 7th time I’ve seen them and any fan should see them at least once….not much to do today….I do need to clean the bathroom and I am going to force myself to do that….more later…

Well….was thinking of doing one on the idiot trump and his firing of Steve Bannon today..or that SB quit…who knows? Everything coming out of the WH is a lie so there is no way to know the truth…and it doesn’t really matter…just another racist asshole being fired is a good thing…now there is just one more to go and that will be the idiot trump. Oh, I guess this one is about him…damn…and the good thing about this is ole Bannon has announced he is going to war with trump with the backing of a couple of billionaires….and his Nazi rag breitbart….so, there is going to be a run on popcorn the next month or so…this could be the crack in the base that everyone has been writing was going to happen…after all, trump’s base only reads breitbart and listens to fox news and they believe all that crap….maybe this will convince them that trump really is an idiot…impeach…

Well…just can’t get started today and there is a reason for it…and I think you know what that is….slept okay last night but the dreams have gone away and that is a little disappointing…was pretty entertained for a couple of weeks and losing that is not a good thing…oh, well….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I did get some things done so I guess that’s an accomplishment….will try to get the bathroom done today and then continue with getting rid of stuff around here to de-clutter this place some….I did have a good bike ride yesterday and I hope today will be the same…might have to adjust the seat again sine I was not too comfortable on the seat and I can’t figure that out…but, I will….more later….
Still a little irritated…
Well…sitting here still a little irritated about the whole house thing…but, I’ll get over it and figure something else out….the big thing is I’ll have money coming in in a month so that will be cool….I did get some work done around here today and I think I need to continue that…stuff has collected that I need to start getting rid of and I took the first steps today that makes me feel a little better…I am not going to do any trump today since he is an idiot who doesn’t deserve my time…at least today…have been talking to my oldest son lately and it’s kind of funny when he said with some surprise in his voice: gee dad, we’re talking just like we’re friends! That made me smile for quite a while and I still feel good about it…..so, that’s it for the day…..
August 17th
Well….running a little late today with doing the abbreviated grocery run….have to keep my spending to 40 bucks a week for the next month and I’m not sure how easy that will be….I guess I’ll take a few days off eating each week…I could use losing 15 pounds or so and this would be a good time to try….left the top down when I was at Meiljers and a shower came through and soaked the car…not really soaked but wet…will have to put the top down later to dry it out…first time that has happened….had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done other than making some ham soup that came out good….have 6 quarts that will help get through the next month….not sure how much I’ll get done today…the bathroom needs work but not sure if I’ll get to it….need to do a bike ride first and have more coffee…more later….

Well…with the racist asshole’s rant yesterday that was widely seen as support of the nazi’s that attacked and killed people in Charlottesville last week, the CEO’s that sit on his business advisory councils had started to resign enmasse and the 4 year old in the White House just couldn’t take it…so he took his ball and went home…by disbanding the councils before all of them resigned. I’ll bet there is steam rolling out of his ears with this latest in a long line of his failures…he can’t even get his buddies to still associate with him. But, I’m not going to heap too much praise on those who resigned…I still fault them for doing anything for the idiot in the first place…they knew he was a racist asshole idiot and yet they still supported him and loved the fact the Hillary lost…so what do you think now, repubs? Is this enough for you to remove this racist asshole? Nope, probably not…impeach…
