Well….sitting here in the afterglow of the SD concert…one of the best I’ve ever seen…but, I’ll talk about that later….my ears are still feeling it this morning and I think they will be fuzzy for the best part of the day….my back is still okay today and it was all night last night…I was a little worried that it would lock up again….slept okay last night but feel a little crappy this morning with having a few cocktails after I got home…but I was so wired I had to have a few…ran into my youngest son and his wife as I was walking to the concert and that was pretty cool…..not much to do today…I need a day to de-compress from all of the excitement…so today will be a lost day…more later….

Well….it’s darn cold in here this morning…forgot to put the heat on last night and it is down to 65 right now….and now my cobbled together coffee maker just quit working so I’ll have to drag out the 9 dollar target one that I have in reserve….will go look for a new one this week…didn’t ride the bike for the second day yesterday but I will get out today…I am wondering if staying off the bike has helped my back…it didn’t hurt at all yesterday and it doesn’t hurt today either so maybe there’s something to that….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks the same with the concert later today…think I may just hang around today and get some rest…..okay…going to look at the ads to see if anyone has a coffee maker on sale…more later….

Well…running a little early today with getting up early…and my back doesn’t hurt at all and that is odd….I did feel it crack like crazy when I was making the bed yesterday so maybe that did it…slept okay last night but still no dreams to speak of…that’s disappointing but I feel okay so I’ll take that….got some stuff done yesterday and I’m not sure why….started to just clean the shower and that turned into cleaning the whole bathroom…then I did bedding and started on the kitchen….I think it was guilt from not riding the bike yesterday and it looks like no bike today, either…the wind is already blowing almost 20 and it is still spitting with the temps falling all day so I’ll have to suck it up and stay in and watch football and races….have been adjusting how many calories I take in but I’m not sure if I’ve gotten down low enough yet….not much to do today….going to clean a little and watch some sports but that is about it…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get a whole lot done…and T’s day got away from her so I didn’t get the chance to get out of here and meet up….slept okay last night but no dreams at all…my back was back to hurting again, too and that is getting really irritating…even hurt when I got up this morning and that rarely happens….it looks like an annoying day since it hurts right now and that is not a good sign….I did get out on the bike yesterday but it looks like an off day today with the possibility of 2-4 inches of rain…it has started already so it looks like I can just take it easy and watch the Man U match in a few minutes…not much to do today…..going to just clean a little and watch sports…I do have to cook today and I think I’ll have a pork chop and roasted potatoes for lunch….more later….

Well…up early again today and my back is killing me….thought it had fixed itself yesterday but I guess I was wrong….slept okay last night and had some dreams that I don’t remember….and the coffee is not hot and that is annoying….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I may meet up with T later for lunch or HH so today will be much the same….I do need to get a bike ride in today since it will be raining all day tomorrow and I’ll skip riding…have been resisting putting the heat on but it is only 70 in here and it is going to be colder starting tomorrow night and I hate being cold…so the heat goes on…it is the middle of October after all….more later….

Well…just watching a show that I like and they were packing up a house after one of the main characters died…and they put “so far away from you” by Dire Straits on…and that got me thinking…I wonder what music my kids will play when they pack up the house after I’m gone?

Well…running a little late today and it’s only from doing another grocery run this morning….slept okay last night and woke up hoping my back would be better but it is only a little better….it has been cracking a little so maybe there is hope….skipped the bike ride yesterday with the rain and I am already feeling the guilt from it…will get out as soon as it warms up some and I need to work out, too so today will be like any normal day….I do need to clean some today, too but right now I’m not feeling it so I think I’ll just read some news and drink coffee…I am getting a little excited about SD Monday and I think I’ll prepare some by watching some videos….yeah, I’m a geek that way…more later….

Well…running a little early with getting up early today…my back is still hurting today and that may be part of it….thought it was starting to crack but it wasn’t and that is frustrating….had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get a lot done…I did clean a little and I think I’ll continue that today with the rain….think I’ll take the day off the bike to rest the legs today….it’s been almost a month without a day off and I need one….didn’t sleep all that well last night and I feel it today…just can’t get started and the coffee isn’t working to help that…I do need to get my hair cut today but that is about it….going to just take it easy and see what happens…more later…

Well….running a little late today with going out for a few groceries to make some venison tacos today….had a good day yesterday and had fun out a pool…nice ride out and back with the top down…oh, and I won….slept okay last night…kinda….and, with being good, I feel okay today but my back is still painful but I can live with it…and it is nice that it is almost warm enough to get out on the bike right now so all I need to do is work out and get going….as you could see, I didn’t come back for a second one yesterday since I just didn’t have anything to say…there is a lot going on but nothing really grabbed me….there were some really cool pictures of Jupiter out on Bad Astronomy yesterday that were just jaw dropping…not much to do today…I really do have to clean this aft and the US plays in it’s last world cup qualifier tonight and if they win, they’re in….more later….

Well…kind of on time today but it feels like I’m late for some reason….woke up to no back pain but I can feel it coming….it did crack a little after I got up so maybe it will be okay today…slept okay last night and feel okay this morning if a little slow…didn’t get a lot done yesterday…started on the kitchen but I don’t know if I’ll get much done today…it is pool day so that will take up the afternoon…and it will be good to get out of here for a while…haven’t been out much over the past month or so….and it looks like it will be warm enough to put the top down out and back….and no rain….I think I didn’t get the top sealed right since it fogged up going out for the paper yesterday….need to dry it out….more later….
