Well…on a lighter note after all of the sturm and drang about trump…I know this has been a relatively mild winter but sitting here right now there are the shadows of insects outside my window…now, there are not supposed to be insects flying around in February in Michigan….just not supposed to happen….but I am not going to bitch about it too much…..I even found a few ladybugs in my place over the past week and that is not normal, either…..this is not a normal February by any stretch of the imagination….and with the temps forecast to be around 60 over the weekend the weirdness will continue….and I will get to put the top down on the car…..

Well…sitting here waiting for the coffee to finish and can’t figure out how it’s gotten so late and I haven’t gotten moving yet….I know I slept in a little but my brain is just not starting…I wonder if I need to reboot….didn’t get a lot done yesterday…actually, didn’t get anything done yesterday and I don’t really feel too bad about that…I am going to get a workout and a bike ride in today but I don’t need to cook since I have leftovers for the next couple of days….and I have lots of stuff in the freezer so I don’t need much to buy for groceries this week….my back is still sore from the last bike ride a couple of days ago so I need to remember to take something for it soon….the last ride was brutal without it and I think I still have cramps in my feet from it….okay…the coffee is finishing and I sorely need some…so I’ll end here…more later…

Well….I just noticed that I had a record month for quantity in January and from looking at where I am so far this month, it looks like I am going to shatter that record…I mean, I have never had over 40 of these done in 12 days before and probably won’t again…I am happy that I started reading the news again to give me plenty of topics to get outraged about and there will be more of that coming tomorrow…after all everyone in the trump administration lies constantly and someone has to call them on it…the normal media won’t so I guess it will fall to all of us that do these things to do it….and I have a new computer so I feel obligated to try to wear the letters off these keys just as I did the last one….but, that will be for tomorrow…I’m going to veg it out for the rest of the day….no more later….

Well….woke up feeling pretty crappy this morning and part of it was going out to have a couple with G last night….didn’t get back here until after 9 and that is late for me right now….I did get out on the bike yesterday and it was just brutal without taking anything before I went out….really missed out on the the whole prep routine so my face was pretty sandblasted when I got back here…and it looks like I won’t get back on the bike today with the rain…I’m pretty sore this morning so maybe that’s a good thing….I am using the new computer today and it is a little strange having all of the letters on the keys….and the keys are really easy since they are new….not going to do a lot today other than cook and watch some soccer….don’t need to clean since I did that earlier….and I’m not too motivated to do anything right now….more later…

Well….yeah, I know…no politics today so far but I may do one of those later…I did get back on the bike today and it hurt like crazy….forgot to take ibuprofen before I went out and that made it torture…it looked like there have been a lot of trees down on the trail and I counted at least a dozen spots where trees were cut up…not sure when that would have happened since I don’t remember there being that much wind….hope to get out again tomorrow if it isn’t raining too much….I sure do like this new computer…

Well….just a short one to say I have my new computer! It is really weird to have something that is modern and up to date….I’ll have more later once I fool around with it a while….

Well…sitting here waiting for my son to come over so it’s a good time to do this…oh, and I won at pool yesterday….slept pretty crappy again last night and I am worn out today so far….not sure what is going on but I don’t like it….it was a pretty good day yesterday but I didn’t get a lot done…I did get some cleaning done so I wouldn’t have to do that this morning…not sure how much I’m going to get done today…I am going to get a bike ride in after the Man U match at 10 but I think that will be in full thermasuit since it will still only be in the 30’s…I am looking ahead to next weekend when it is going to be in the 50’s for three days straight and with every good day, we are getting closer to spring….okay, need coffee and to watch some soccer….more later….

Well….feel pretty crappy this morning and I’m not sure why…I don’t think I ate enough yesterday and that may be it…only had about 1200 cals yesterday and I need more than that even without riding the bike….didn’t get a lot done but a little work around here but I need to do better today with my son coming over early tomorrow….slept okay last night but no dreams to speak of and that is a little disappointing with having some good ones earlier in the week…not too sore this morning but I am creaking around here today with stiffness…just can’t get everything loosened up and that is annoying….just will not give in to being old….need to clean today but that is not going to happen until I get more coffee…..more later….

Well…crap…thought I was going to have another nice night of good dreams and sleep last night but no…oh,well….not too sore this morning and I have been productive already with getting the grocery run done…but, it is cold out there…only 14 degrees and the wind is blowing like crazy…below zero wind chill and I froze just getting the groceries in the car…it is supposed to warm up over the next few days and I look forward to that….need to get cleaning done today and tomorrow since my son is coming in sat with my new laptop…the guys at plex did a software update yesterday and took the whole system down and that is annoying…didn’t realize how much I used it until now….I did get my fed taxes done yesterday and now I can pay my car insurance…might have to use the rest of it for a new phone since they have stopped supporting the software for the old one….can’t believe you can get a nice laptop for less than a damn phone….more later….

Well….slept okay last night and had dreams of being in a movie with lots of fast cars…and here’s a weird thing, I was driving a twin turbo Corvair…all of you out there that are near in age to me remember the Corvair…not a performance car by any means and I never owned one so I’m not sure where that came from….strange….feel okay this morning after being good for three days in a row and tonight will make it four…..I did get out and get my hair cut yesterday and I really needed it…had to get more allergy stuff since they are really bad and I can’t breathe at night….not too sore this morning and that is a welcome departure from the past few weeks…actually feel pretty good this morning…think I’ll try to get my taxes in today since I just got my 1099’s yesterday….and I can use the cash….don’t have a lot to do today….I have already put some ribs in the oven to cook low and slow for lunch and then there is soccer this aft but that is about it…more later…
