Well….it was a Monday yesterday and I didn’t get a lot done…I did wash the car to get the salt off of it and to be able to see out of the glass again….but the rest of the day was pretty much a bust and that was okay…didn’t sleep at all last night and feel it this morning…took two hours to get to sleep and then I was tossing a turning all night….now I’m sure that is what causing the pain I feel when I get up but I’m not sure what to do about it….I may be able to get back on the bike in a few days with the rain today but that won’t happen until Friday or sat since the next two days are going to be in the teens….I do have to get my hair cut this morning and then go out and get some allergy medicine since I’m down to the last two…..the rest of the day is going to be winging it since I really don’t have anything to do…more later….

Well…another week starts…okay, I know it really starts on Sunday but that’s the weekend so I say it starts today….and I am sore today for some reason so there will be some ibuprofen this morning….didn’t get anything done yesterday but watch soccer…Man U won one for  a change so they are closing in on 4th place in the league and champions league play later in the year….not sure if I ate enough yesterday but I think I was under since I feel run down today…that’s the normal symptom but without getting on the bike, I need to cut out a bunch of food….I do need to wash the car today and that will happen after I get the workout in….the thing is white from salt and needs to be cleaned….more later….

Well…running really late today and I just can’t get going….only thing I want to do is go back to the couch but I won’t….I am a little sore again today and I know it’s from sleeping on my right shoulder again….need to stop doing that since it takes all day for the pain to subside….I did finally get the bathroom cleaned and I also vacuumed so yesterday was not a total waste….not sure how much I am going to do today…I guess I’ll just wing it and see what happens…I did make some guac yesterday an put way too much diced tomatoes on top….I know I put some on it before but I must have just chopped a little bit…made it more like tomato dip and I’m not too fond of that…oh, well….I need more coffee and some soccer so I’ll end here…more later….

Well…running a little late today with having to do a grocery run to get some things I forgot and then making a marinade for some pork chops I thawed over the past few days…and, I got some ribs for only 1.49 a pound but I’m not sure when I am going to make them….had a pretty good day yesterday and slept okay last night…something weird about the day that I really can’t put my finger on…but I won at pool so that was cool….and, I’m not really sore anywhere so I am just going to enjoy that for now…it was only 5 degrees when I went out this morning so that is about the coldest it’s been this winter so far…but it’s clear so we will see some sun in a little while an that will be a good thing…it has been way too gloomy lately…I am going to try to clean my bathroom today but that will be about it…think I’ll just kind of veg it out and watch some soccer….more later….

Well….it is just too damn cold out there right now…had gotten used to it being kind of mild and now shifting back to normal for Michigan in feb is kind of brutal…it even feels cold in here and I have the temp set at 75….made a little cash yesterday so that was cool…so at least I don’t have that to think about…didn’t do anything else yesterday and today will probably be the same…think I’ll let cleaning go until tomorrow….slept on my right shoulder last night and it hurts like crazy from it….will probably need to take something for it later if it doesn’t get better….but, my back is better so I guess that evens out…I should get out for more allergy stuff today since I am running really low and my allergies are really bad right now…more later…

Well…running really late today with getting up a little late and then having to do the grocery run….it’s kind of a pain to not be able to do my normal routine in the morning and I feel like something is off from it….I did make some cash yesterday and got to see T for happy hour and that was a lot of fun…nice to have cash for the next month in the drawer…..and I am going to make a little more this morning….slept okay last night but I am having some problems with the earplugs hurting my right ear so that is a little troubling since I do need to use them….might just have to use another pair….don’t have a lot to do today after I run my errand this morning…I should clean but might wait until the weekend…I am going to make tacos for lunch and I bought some avocados to make guac and chop some to put on the tacos….just sounds good…more later….

Well…nothing about politics right now just a weird thing that happened to me as I was running errands this morning…was out on the e-way and “Country Girl” by Neil Young came on and it immediately flashed me back to listening to the same song at this time of the year in my 1965 Ford Galaxie back in 1971….flying along the e-way just like this morning…and if you remember the heaters in Fords of the period, itwas much like the marginal one in the Miata and you always had to dress for the winter, even inside the car….kind of a weird flashback but it did make me smile….

Well…it was a good day yesterday and I got to hang out with my youngest son for  a while and catch up….and I made a little cash so that was cool, too….the allergies are really bad this morning and I think I’ll have to go out and get more allergy stuff today or tomorrow….just feel worn out again this morning and I think it’s the combo of the allergies, not eating enough, and bad sleep…..so today will be a veg day while I try to rectify all of that…other than lunch with T, that is…..the coffee needs to start working pretty soon or I’m going to take a nap….not going to do a lot today feeling like I do…hope it’s not a bug…more later….

Well….they finally came to clean the dryer yesterday so that makes my life a lot easier today…..and they fixed the broken vent pipe so it shouldn’t fill the place up with moisture when I run it…might have to test that out today…slept okay last night but feel sore again today but I think it’s working out as the morning goes on…..looks like I won’t be on the bike in the near future with all the snow so it’s back to calorie restriction for me for now….have been doing okay lately with that so it will probably be no big deal……they are clearing the lots here now but I refuse to clean my car and move it this early….just too darn cold and I haven’t had any coffee yet….maybe later….don’t have a lot to do today but clean the bathroom so it looks like an easy one…more later….

Well…another wasted day yesterday and I didn’t get anything done….and today looks the same as I wait for the maint guys to come and work on the dryer….what a pain….and I feel a little crappy this morning with that damn low level bug I’ve had for a while now…my lungs are kind of clogged up and I am coughing some…oh, well….at least my back doesn’t hurt so I guess that’s something….didn’t get on the bike yesterday and I don’t think I will today, either….just don’t want to be cold right now and it looks like the rest of the week is going to keep me off with the snow….not going to do a whole lot today…should clean some but I feel the need to ease into the day and have more coffee…. so I will…more later….
