Well…it has been a busy day today with getting my hair cut and running errands all day…well..all morning, anyway, and I got everything done I wanted to do this week so the rest of it will be left to cleaning…I did get two pork sirloin roasts from that weird little grocery store this morning…and at 4 bucks each, that’s a pretty good deal…will probably have one Saturday and then see if I want to freeze the other one….maybe for New Year’s day dinner? Going to try some new marinade that is going to include veggie broth, garlic, rosemary, and bay leaves but I need an acid to go with it so I may put in some soy, too…then, I’m going to make a crust of kosher salt, chopped garlic, olive oil and rosemary for roasting it….should be pretty good…I did get 4 new t-shirts this morning, too, since using them and getting them soaked with sweat has eaten away the older ones….kind of like acid…they don’t even last two years when I use them for riding….oh, well….I like how these fit better than the last ones so that is a good thing…more later…and no, still no topics that I want to write about…might take a while…..

Well…running a little early today since I was good last night and got up early…feel pretty good this morning but still have that pain in my back that is becoming annoying…I did make enough cash yesterday to get groceries this week and I am going to get my hair cut this morning since I am looking shabby and need to clean it up a little…have more errands to run again this morning and that will happen after the haircut…until then, I still do need coffee even though I feel pretty good….it looks like a little warm up over the next few days and that will be welcome…haven’t washed the car since it started snowing and it needs to be done…and I need quarters to shoot pool Friday….after the errands, don’t have much to do for the rest of the day other than clean and a few other little things around here…have to start figuring out meals for the rest of the week….don’t think I’m going to make anything special for christmas…will probably do the pork roast Saturday and then just have leftovers Sunday….do need to get some spicy mustard for sandwiches…more later….

Well…I know I’ve been off topic a lot the past few weeks but I am still depressed about the election and just can’t seem to accept the hellscape that Trump and his cronies are going to turn this country into….but, that’s for another time….right now, I just need to try to keep pace and not fall too far behind for the month…could talk about movies or tv shows and I think I will later…but right now, I am just going to noodle a little to make sure I don’t lose the ability to write…some might say I never had the ability to write and there are days that I may agree with that but not today….with not being able to get going this morning, everything was just a step behind but I did get out and run an errand…made a little cash and then went out to buy a new pair of gloves for cheap…they are really kind of strange since the have something in the leather that allows me to swipe the screen on my phone without taking them off…just needed a new lightweight pair that I could use driving the car since my last pair just wore out….not sure how much I like them but didn’t pay much so I can live with them…especially with how cold it has been..just not used to that yet…more later….

Well…running late today and just can’t get started….I think it’s from not eating enough and the damn cold I have…and it might be that I’m depressed from the unrelenting cold and snowy weather….and not being able to get on the bike….might have to just hunker down for a while until I get used to it….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but didn’t need to so I guess that’s a wash…I do need to clean a little today but that will have to wait until the motor gets running…I do have an errand to run this morning and I am not looking forward to it…but, it will mean a little cash so that will help…I am sore everywhere again and I am not sure what that is about…must be sleeping wrong again…it is bad enough to take some ibuprofen so I think I’ll do that right now…more later….

Well….feeling pretty crappy this morning and I think I have another damn cold…back to coughing and feeling slow so I think today will be a take it easy day…I did get out and have a couple with K last night and that was fun but it started my night too early and that might be part of why I don’t feel that hot today…oh, and a second day of only one meal is part of it, too….today will have to be different or I will just get worse….I really should get some stuff done around here today but it is looking like the couch may win…at least this morning since the coffee is not working…need to get back to soccer and get another cup so I am going to end here…more later….

Well….man, I’m exhausted this morning and the only thing it could be is way too few calories yesterday….trying to make up for not riding the bike and I think I went overboard….will need to fix that today….I did win at pool yesterday but it was close…and it was fun but I didn’t like the new bartender….it snowed more last night night and that is depressing…at least it wasn’t the 8 inches they were predicting earlier in the evening…I will still have to clean off the car sometime today but that can wait for later…I do have some work to do around here today along with cleaning but, feeling like I do, that is going to wait, too…..need to get to the coffee earlier in the morning….and I do need to come back for three of these today but my brain is not working well enough to come up with a topic….more later

Well…I think this cold is starting to wear me out already….had to warm the car up to go get groceries this morning and then before I ran errands later in the morning….and the car still didn’t get really warm until I had quite a few miles on it….and it is even cold in here today with the wind blowing  as hard as it is…it was a pain in the butt yesterday when they had the water shut off here from 9 in the morning until almost 4…when it was supposed to be done by 2…so, I was a little irritated…but, not too much….Man U won in the last few minutes of the match yesterday after I had turned it off with disgust…they dominated the match and then let CP back in it after they played that stupid strategy of trying to protect a one goal lead…oh, well….oh, and I bought a new pair of jeans today for the first time in more than 10 years….the old ones were just looking too shabby and that made me look too shabby….I’m better now…..

Well….cripes, it is cold out there this morning…only 6 degrees but the car started right up so that was cool…and, I do have the booster in case it doesn’t…but, there are so many damn idiots out there this morning who think they are the only cars on the roads…3 near misses on the way out and back to groceries….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but today will be better…need to do some work around here and then some cleaning to get caught up and I am going to make venison tacos for lunch….other than that, it looks like a hibernation day today….have everything stocked up so I don’t really need to go out until tomorrow for pool…have a cough that I don’t understand that started a couple of days back but it is not too bad so I guess I’ll just live with it…at least I’m not as sore as I was…more later…

Well….sitting here waiting for the Man U match to start and thought I’d relay something that happened this morning when I was out running an errand….coming back on the e-way, I was moving along pretty good…probably close to 80…running alone and came up on a pair of semis that were nose to tail going around 60…when I got about 50 feet from the semi in the back of the two, the idiot whipped out in front of me going all of 62 miles an hour….when there was a good mile behind me to the next car….then, he proceeded to go 62, passing one going 60, and took the next 5 miles for him to pass…but then, even when he was past, he stayed in the fast lane until I had had enough and started to pass him on the right…then, the idiot whipped his truck back into the right lane….no signal…and almost ran me and the guy behind me over since the guy behind me had had enough, too….now…whey the hell couldn’t this idiot just have waited another 5 seconds to let me by before he pulled out to pass? It seems like every time I’m on the e-way these days this crap happens…I think they need to teach these semi idiots how to drive…geez…
