Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get a lot done….I did get my paperwork in for the job to the recruiter and got a callback so that was something….slept okay last night and feel okay today so that is something, too….the allergies have flared up, though, and that is making me a little miserable…will have to take something for it soon…I did go out for a second night in a row to have a couple with G and I think that may be a little bit of why I do feel a little slow today….not much to do today…more and more resumes even with the interview pending since I can’t count on anything…..more later…and I mean that…had an idea come to me last night on the Ukraine crap that I want to do so come on back…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a surprise call from a recruiter for a purchasing manager’s job that I didn’t even apply for…it is in Dowagiac, though, which would mean a move to somewhere south of here….but, I’m not going to get ahead of myself…there are still many steps to just get an in person interview…slept really crappy last night and feel like crap today so there will be a nap later today…after I get the rest of the paperwork in for the job….I did get out to have a couple with G last night that was not bad….not much to do today…I do have to get some stuff done around here and the paperwork in but that is about it…more later…oh, one more thing…Tom…going to use you for a reference….
March 2nd
Well…running really late today and I’m not sure why…having a hard time getting moving…just no motivation today but that will have to go since I do have a lot of stuff that needs to be done…slept about normal last night which is pretty crappy and that may be part of the malaise that I’m feeling right now…didn’t get much done yesterday so that will all need to be done today but it’s just small stuff that will only take about 3 hours or so after I get to it…need to get back on the weight machine in a few minutes to start getting ready for spring if it ever gets here…won’t be this week since later in the week is going to be cold again….not much to do today…okay, that’s not true…I can think of 5 things that need to be done today so I better get to it…more later…
March 1st
Well…crap…the damn computer has lost the cursor so I’ll have to restart….okay…back to work…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t do much but sports and racing…the Wings played a great game in the aft and won against the best team in the league…nope…want to talk about that later so I’ll do a sports one later….slept okay and feel kind of okay this morning but the allergies are already flaring up and that is a pain…I did watch “Birdland” last night and I’m not sure if it is an Oscar winner or not…it seemed like everyone in the film was “acting” not too much natural at all and that was off putting…not much to do today…there is a great soccer match on right now with Liverpool and Man city and then Everton plays a little later so that is cool…and there is a race on right after that so I’ll have something to nap to later…no plans other than that…I even have to cook today so I have to think how to cook the chicken….more later…
Last one for the month…
Well…not sure if this is going to be a normal thing…usually, I do the last one for the month as a filler just to make it to the two a day goal…but, I’m there already so I’m not sure why I’m here….there isn’t really much to talk about today other than all of the sports that are on today…Man U did win this morning and now there is a race on and the Wings start in a few minutes…then, there is another race on later tonight…but, I may watch a movie instead if I can find one I want to see…I was going to recycle the papers but the danger of an avalanche is not too high so I may wait a couple of days….it’s still only about 15 outside and I just don’t want to get cold so maybe Monday when it’s warmer….I was going to wash the car today but it’s still too cold…that seems like a theme…so, I’ll quit here and just go back to the couch and the Wings….
February 28th
Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I lost at pool..I did make one really cool shot that was planned but I had little hope it would work…slept okay last night but it was another boring night leading up to it so I hope tonight will be different…didn’t get anything done yesterday but I really didn’t have anything to do so I guess it all worked out….I am going to try to get a few things done today but there is soccer first with Man U playing at 10….the papers need to be recycled today but I’m not sure if I can get to the bin with all the snow….and, it got down to 6 below last night but the car started this morning with no running last night…it was only supposed to get down to 4 so that was a little surprising…more later….
RIP Leonard Nimoy…
Well…just read the sad news the Leonard Nimoy died today at the young age of 83….most people probably knew him from his role in “Star Trek” where he created the unforgettable character of Mister Spock that he played for three seasons in the original series along with all of the movies that came along after the show was cancelled. He also directed a few of the movies and created other characters…one of the first after ‘Star Trek” was his role in “Mission Impossible” that showed he was not just Spock but could play other roles just as well….but, I’ll always remember “fascinating” and the other one word responses from “Star Trek” that defined his character and smile….rest in peace Mr. Spock….
February 27th
Well…it was an okay day yesterday but, as almost always, I didn’t get much done…I did get the car started this morning at 9 below…not sure if it is 9 below since the car started so easily and it just didn’t feel that bad going out in shorts to start it…slept okay last night but no dreams to speak of and I feel a little slow today….the computer has been giving me fits and I thought I had it fixed yesterday but it’s up to the same old crap this morning…I may need to update firefox at some point in the near future….not much to do today…pool, of course, but that’s about it…boring, boring life…more later…
February 26th
Well…running really late today and it’s just because I can’t get started….I am sore from something and I think it may be that I started using the weight machine again a few days back…and my neck is cramping again, too, and that is just annoying…didn’t sleep for crap again last night and that may be why I feel so tired today…didn’t do much yesterday but go out and have a couple with G and that may be part of the malaise…not used to going out…and I don’t think 6 pizza rolls are enough for dinner….oh, well…not much to do today….just going to get some stuff done around here and try to fix the tooth again…need to get that fixed soon…more later…
People are idiots…
Well…just a short one on the drivers this morning going out to get the papers…coming back, this idiot just pulls out and almost runs into the side of my car just like I wasn’t there…had to hit part of the snowbank…the soft part thankfully to get past him…just another moron that was too busy drinking his coffee and texting on his phone to actually drive the car….these people should have their licenses revoked…when did driving become entertainment instead of getting somewhere? I am still irritated about this crap….
