Well…running late today and I really don’t care…it was an okay day yesterday with another run to the beach and a little sun and there were no screaming children around me which made it even better….didn’t sleep well for the third in a row now and I am pretty tired but still need to get on the bike in a few minutes…will take a long one today since it is about all I plan on doing except pool…going to be another hot one but that will break Monday…going to be in the 60’s so that will be strange…looks like the weekend will be pretty low key with everyone out of town so tv will be my friend with all of the races…even live drag races from Indy Sunday and Monday so I’ll at least have something to do…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but no go on the sleep last night….and that is really frustrating…so tired so far today and that is not going to be fun….at least the bike appears to be fixed with almost two weeks on the new repair with no cracking so that is something…and, I think I may make another beach run this morning since it is supposed to be warm again…I can take my coffee and papers to the beach I guess…give me something to do…I can ride the bike when I get back….other than that, not much to do today…and that is the truth this time….

Well…it was an interesting day yesterday….had lots of things going on and then went out to have a couple with G….and I slept quite well and had some really, really weird dreams with Patrick Stewart, bikes, X-1/9 Fiats, G, old and new houses…yep, really weird and the first ones in such a long time…even after having a cocktail or two, I still woke up refreshed….nice to get into REM for a change and not toss and turn….it is humid this morning and it looks like the bike ride will be like riding in liquid as yesterday…came back from that one with no dry spots on any of my clothes and could wring out my shirt….but, I felt okay out on the bike so that was good…oh, forgot to say running early today…which I am…not much to do today…doing the grocery run and then the normal stuff….I kind of like this kind of cloudy morning…but it is going to be hot later when the haze burns off….more later…

Well…it was and okay day yesterday and I did get some stuff done…felt better, too, so that is a good thing…not sure about today, though, I think I feel okay but we’ll see in a while if that is true…I did eat a bunch yesterday but I’m not sure that is what it was…I may have had a bug but I’m not sure if there are 3 day bugs out there…still not sleeping for crap and I’m not sure what to do about it this time….maybe just live with it again and be tired all day…going out to meet up with my brothers again for breakfast this morning and then I have lunch with T so I don’t need to cook at all today…and I will be sure to get enough calories…and it looks like rain all day so I may take the day off riding unless there is a window of dry that lasts an hour….more later…

Well…running a little late today and it is just because I feel like crap for a second day in a row…yesterday was the worst with no energy and lots of coughing so I just laid on the couch all day…and the sleep last night was just really weird…I was dreaming I has a new job but I was so tired at the job that I kept falling asleep…so, I had to keep waking myself up but I was waking myself up in real life…not good for sleeping until I changed the dream to something innocuous….weird….but, today I have to try to get some things done starting with the workout and bike ride…I’m hoping that I will be able to burn the bug out by going hard…but, it may make it worse and then it will be rest again…not much to do today…I have shifted into low gear to just try to get through the day….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday with going out for the Miata picnic…the turnout was pretty cool with the 17 cars that showed up…mine was the only Laguna Blue one and the members think it is the only one in the club..pretty cool…but, after I got home I decided to skip the car show on 28th since I had already spent 4 hours in the sun and I was a little worn out…the rest of the day was just a veg out…still feel a little crappy, though, but I think it’s from only having a subway sub to eat all day….nothing even sounded good…but I am going to try to remedy that today….it looks like a boring one today since the races were on last night and there is no soccer that I can get….so, maybe I’ll clean a little and get some other work done….and try to get two more out today to get caught up…will probably need to go back and re-read the paper for topics…more later…

Well…I was thinking about doing a political one today but I just don’t have it in me…so I’ll just update the day and see where that goes…it was much more fun this year at the Miata owners picnic…more conversation and hanging out..I wonder if that was a result of my decision to bring beer this year…worked for me so I guess that is enough…nice drive out and back but 4 hours in the sun took a lot out of me…glad to be back home and taking it easy….

Okay…just a little bitching…ole Phil Mickelson is back at it again…bitching that the taxes that got taken out of his two weekends work in England and Scotland only left him with 900K…and then he just has to add that all those taxes are taking away his incentive to work harder…all I have to say to that is…you are bitching about taking home almost a million bucks for playing golf for two weekends? go to hell, Phil…I will never gain watch golf when you are on it…what a useless waste of space…

Well…running early today for the second day in a row and I’m not sure why….it was a pretty busy day yesterday with having breakfast with my brothers, lots of running around and then out for pool which we didn’t shoot since the table we like is out of order…so, no win or loss and that is okay…I am still struggling to eat enough and I am getting pretty frustrated about it…and today looks like the same thing since I have to go out to Fallasburg Park for the annual Miata picnic and I won’t have time to cook before I go…but, I do have a couple of pieces of pizza that I can heat up….I guess that will have to do…I do want to see the cars out on 28th street, too, so I may do that after I’m done with the Miata folks….other than that, not much to do today…I will come back for one more to try to not get farther behind but I’m not sure of the topic yet….more later…

Well…running early today…have to meet up with my brothers for breakfast…one of my older brothers, who I haven’t seen in 15 years is in town so I have to get moving well before I want to…or normally do…it was an okay day yesterday…made some money so that was cool and I have cash for groceries for the next month…other than that, not much happened….I do have to hit the grocery store this morning, too, so I’d better get the list done and take a shower…more later….

Well…still not a lot of politics going on but I thought I’d just write about a few things and see what happens…first, I forgot to say Happy birthday to Robert Plant on Tuesday…I can’t believe he is only 5 years older than I am…I do feel better today and the bike ride was so much better today…it must be not eating enough since I gulped down almost 2K calories yesterday and I feel better today…there was one bit of political deliciousnous today that made me laugh….Colin Powell calling out the gov of NC for signing the new voting restrictions there…and in public, with him sitting in the audience…it’s about time one of the grown ups from the other side called out that nonsense…what else? Not much right now…so, I might come back later…who knows?
