Well…it was a long day yesterday with going out for a while and losing at pool and then all of the sports that was on tv…and I am worn out today but I did have some dreams that included trains in the snow, the White House, and a plane that didn’t move….I do feel crappy today and I now know that it is another bug since I was good yesterday…up and down all night didn’t help and my stomach is giving me fits so I am going to stop here and make coffee to see if that will help…more later…

Well…it was a long night and I am feeling like crap from another bug…or the same one I’ve had for a couple of weeks…not sure yet but it’s one of those…sweating like crazy and coughing again…I tried to stay up for the end of the Tiger’s game but Valverde was up to his crap of giving the game away again and I got so disgusted that I went to bed…they did win in 12, though, but Leyland should stop using him…oh, well, that’s one for sports…I’ve already updated on the soup from yesterday so that’s not a topic….hmmmmm….skipped the bike ride yesterday with it raining all day and I would like to get one in this morning but it is still raining so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see…it’s already 65 degrees and it would be nice to get out in just a t shirt…I guess I’ll just get another cup of coffee and read the online papers while I wait for the radar to clear….more later…

Well..just haven’t been feeling it with politics lately so I think I’ll just start writing and see what happens…it has been an okay day today with Michigan blowing out Illinois and the ham soup I made coming out much better than I expected with an almost minestrone like taste….the last batch I made was primarily a bean soup with ham and it was not good…had no taste…I am getting excited about the night that is going to start in a few minutes with a race and the Tigers starting the ALCS against the Yankees…and the Yanks are easy to hate so it should make for a fun night…I think I have another bug, though, with a sore throat and coughing again and I don’t like it at all….oh, well…I’ll probably survive it…it’s cocktail time so I am going to watch the rest of the ND game and then make one…I will try to get more political tomorrow but I can’t promise anything…

Well…it was a day yesterday and I really don’t remember much of it other than getting the chance to go out for a while and see K and J…it was almost 3 weeks since I’ve seen them and I think I’m getting to be too much of a hermit…and some of that is driven by being broke but I think most of it is just inertia…it’s just easier to hang out here than it is to go out…and cheaper, too. I do have things to do today…but, again, they are all here at my place…making ham bone soup today with the leftovers from the last three hams I bought and I can’t wait to see how it comes out…the last try was not good but this one is more like the turkey and chicken soup that I make so it has a better chance at being edible…and then there are the sports that are on today…we have Michigan, the Tigers and a race to watch later so it looks like a total veg day…I will be back for another one later since I am one behind for the month and I may even have something to say…

Well…it was a pretty good day yesterday with the Tigers finally winning the series against the A’s and Verlander looking good doing it…but, that kept me up late and one too many cocktails have me feeling a little slow this morning….and, it is a grocery run day on the day after not eating enough so that just compounds the problem….but, I guess I’ll just suck it up and get it done…I may have a lunch with T today and that is something to look forward to…more later…

Okay…I’m back while I wait for the car to melt…no lunch with T today and I am a little disappointed but I think I may live through it…I am going to meet up with K later…haven’t seen her in weeks and I can’t wait to see how big she is with the baby due in about a month….it was disappointing to see the neighbor having to scrape the ice off her car today….not ready for that crap yet…

Well…running really late today since the cleaning bug bit early today and I have been trying to get the oven to look like it hasn’t been painted brown…and that takes a toll on the skin since real men don’t use gloves and oven cleaner is really great at removing all the oil and turning hands into leather…and that follows getting the living room done yesterday…I finally have gotten rid of the spiders and cobwebs and dust so I feel good about that…I did skip riding yesterday with it being so cold but today will be different…I do need to work out here in a minute and keep up the progress in the kitchen…and today it will be scrubbing the floor with a scrub brush…so, I should get going…I am a little disappointed that the Tigers lost last night but we have Verlander tonight so it should be a good, one game playoff…more later…

Well…it was a day yesterday and I won at pool again so that was okay…stayed up late to watch the Tigers lose so I am a little worn out today…so that means no out for coffee…just going to get the papers and then come back here to read them…being out with the top down on the car has left me wind burned and with the allergies in full burn today leaving me miserable this morning…so, I’m going to go get the papers and come back for some caffeine…more later…

Well…running late today but again, there is no reason for it other than I just can’s seem to get moving too well lately…but, to day needs to be different since I do need to get the fall cleaning done over the next week or so…I did have some dreams last night with Ponzi schemes in them and a couple of the children, too…but that is about it…I did go out for a while last night since it was G’s real birthday and that was fun…I did have to hit the car with some stop leak since the radiator is leaking like it has from the start…if that doesn’t work, I will need to put a radiator in it before winter…it’s only 87 bucks so that’s not too bad….more later…

Well….it was another Sunday wasted yesterday but I did get a bunch of stuff done so I guess that’s a plus…had weird dreams where colors had smells but that is all I remember right now….it is going to be a busy day today with going out for coffee for the first time in a few days and getting back on the bike after two days off…..just haven’t been able to get the gloves out yet but it looks like I may have to this week if I want to keep riding….I do need to cook today but I only have chicken thighs thawing and I’m not sure I want to cook them today probably should since I was under a thousand for the day yesterday and I know where that leads….I think the bug is in full retreat but we’ll see later….I will try to do a political one later today but I am so disappointed with the country abandoning Obama for the lies of Romney that I haven’t been able to do it….

Well…as always, running late today but I had a lot of work to do before the Man U game that just started so this time I really do have a good excuse….it was a fun day yesterday but way too busy with lunch with T, over to my brother’s house, and then out to Rockford for G’s birthday dinner…didn’t get home until after 9 and I am worn out…I am going to go watch part of the match and come back later to add to this one and do another today…
