Well…I was right…I do feel like crap today and that is the major reason I’m running late today….and the major reason that I’m going to keep this one short…it was a long day yesterday with shooting pool and then cocktails last night so I’m gong to go back to the couch and drink some more water…I will be back to add to this one later…just not now…

Okay, I’m back and feel quite a bit better after getting a bike ride in and having lunch with T….I got back here on the bike just as the skies opened up but that really didn’t matter since I was already soaked and muddy from tire spray…it was so great to get back on the bike even if it’s only for one day….I will be doing another one here in a minute after I finish here so come on back…

Well…it was a long day yesterday but I had loads of fun so that was good…went out to watch the Wings game with a bunch of folks and then back here to wrap up the night…and got a call from G that was unexpected and I had the thick tongue disease at the time so I apologize for that one…K and J brought me a George Foreman grill that I really want try out but have too many leftovers so that will have to wait for another day….there were dreams but I don’t remember them, again, so I think I’ll stop reporting them….I do have things to do today…going out to shoot pool with Tom later and that will run into the rest of the day so I plan on feeling like crap tomorrow…just to warn you to not expect anything lucid tomorrow..I may comment on the shock of ole Newt winning in SC…man, this race is getting to be fun and the repubs are doing Obama’s work for him with all of the super pac ads that are running…so…maybe more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but didn’t do much…was supposed to have lunch with T but her day got away so we’ll have to reschedule….and the damn tv was going crazy last night so I had to drag out the 13 inch which was really weird…but it’s working again this morning so I really don’t know what is going on…I did have dreams last night but for some reason I’m not remembering them….okay, I can see the question…if I can’t remember them, how do I know I’m having them…oh, well…it’s about 8 degrees outside so I have to fire the car up here in a few minutes so I can go to Meijers and get the supplies I need to make homemade pizza…even going to make the crust from scratch….so, it was a cocktail night last night so I’m heading back to the couch for a few minutes before I head out…

Well…another night with a shootout win for the Wings and I am starting to get concerned that they can’t get it done in regulation…it was a cocktail night so I am running late today…didn’t even get out of bed until 7 and that is going to push my whole schedule back for the day since there is no way I’ll be out the door for coffee at 8…and it is only 9 degrees so the car will need to be warmed up for quite a while so I can shift it but I don’t want to do that yet…I did clean some yesterday but won’t do more of that today…I have a late lunch with T that I am really looking forward to since she will have stories from her vacation in the Bahamas…more later…..I need water and the couch…

Well…got up this morning to a nasty little surprise with snow piled up everywhere…but it looks like it is going to be over in a few minutes so the trip out for groceries doesn’t need to be rescheduled and I can get on with my day as normal….it was a no cocktail night again last night so I do feel okay this morning but I am looking forward to having a couple tonight while watching the Wings…no dreams or anything to report and I am a little disappointed but I slept okay so I guess it’s a wash…I did get gas yesterday so I can let the car run this morning and tomorrow when it will be the coldest morning of the year..yeah, I know, you’re bored…there just is nothing happening right now…so, all I’ll say is more later…

Well…another night and another Wings win in a shootout and Michigan even beat Michigan State in basketball so that was an okay night. It was a no cocktail night but I went to bed late and got up early so I don’t feel that much better…or as good as I should but that could be the calorie reduction…who knows? There were lots of dreams but I really don’t remember any of them so they must not have been that interesting….not much to do today….I’ve been waiting to do the grocery run until later in the week since I am doing a no cocktail week to rest the body….so, it will be cleaning and that’s about it…more later….

Well…..I did get caught up today so I wasn’t too motivated to do another one but I think that boredom is starting to work backwards and make me want to do more…so, I’m going to just noodle around here for a few minutes and see where it goes. I wonder what the attraction is for people to want to know their heritage so much that they are willing to pay sites like Ancestry to find out that stuff….personally, I’ve never really cared where I came from…I’m more interested in where I’m going instead….what does it do for you to know who your great grandparents were? But, then again, there are lots of things I don’t understand so maybe I shouldn’t single this one out….I am a little depressed that the car is going to be a block of ice again in the morning with all of the rain and falling temps…I guess I haven’t started the dull, numbing, winter coping mechanism yet and I hope it starts soon…it is going to be almost 50 by Monday so I’m a little concerned that it is not going to work this year….okay, that’s about it for now…it’s going to be another no cocktail night tonight but there is a quite a lot of sports on that should keep me at least a little amused….

Well…another day just like the rest yesterday but I did get to go out and have a couple with G so that made it a little palatable…and I had weird dreams about cooking and cleaning…but mostly cleaning last night…not sure what that was about but it was fun to have some again, finally. It was nice to have some of the snow melt yesterday and if we would get one more day like it, I might be able to get back on the bike later in the week…but we’re not getting it so I probably should just resign myself to waiting until spring…that means I should take it over to wash it but I’m not motivated to do that yet….not much to do today…I may go out to get some veggies for snacks…have been thinking about replacing a whole meal with veggies to counteract the lack of exercise but I’m not sure how to do that yet…looks like something to do anyway….more later…

Well…another Sunday and it was nice to get out and see K for a few minutes…or to just get out of here for a while and do something different….didn’t sleep well or dream so that was quite a disappointment but I guess I’ll live through it…even the football games were kind of boring but there was the Michigan/Ohio State outdoor hockey game that Michigan won so that was something…Not much to do today…I do have to meet up with G later for a couple but that is about it…I’ll be back later to try to catch up…

Well…another day and way too much vegging so I think I’ll try to not do that today…but it is kind of hard to get motivated for some reason that I will try to figure out and change. There was some good football on yesterday so that made the lack of a Wings game a little more palatable and helped the time pass but that is the problem…making time pass so I don’t feel like I’m just wasting it…I do need to get moving forward again…and it is 8:23 and I am already getting into the boredom of the day…it did help to re-read the papers yesterday so that might be a plan for today, too….all this snow is a pain and running the car for 20 minutes just to go out to get the paper is not the best use of resources…I’ll bet I’m getting about 4 miles to the gallon while I wait for the windows to de-fog…oh, well…not much to do today…might try to see what K is doing and have a couple with her but will probably just hang out here and continue to veg…I will be back for one more today since I am struggling to get caught up…
