Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done but the bike ride….and that was brutal with the wind blowing out of the East at about 20…still sore from that this morning and it looks like no ride for the next few days since it is going to be cold and rainy….slept okay but didn’t eat enough…again….and I’m feeling that already….kind of worn out today and the coffee isn’t helping…might just have to endure this one and take it easy today…I do have some errands to run so that will be enough for the day…more later,,,,
