Well…with all of the talk and gnashing of teeth on the right from people saying “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas”, one thing has gotten lost…and that thing is that today is Festivus…the holiday created on the tv show “Seinfeld” and one which is growing in popularity even more than 10 years after the show went off the air. My favorite part of this holiday is the “airing of grievances”, where you list all of the people or things that have irritated you over the year….I really don’t want to go into that list since mine is pretty short this year but feel free to comment with your list…I’m sure I have offended someone out there this year and it may be fun to have you tell me about it…so, Happy Festivus!
