Well…I know I haven’t done one of these in a long time but, in my defense, there really hasn’t been anything weird on the trail lately…and, I’m not sure if this is weird or not but just funny…when I was about half way through my ride today and stopped for a water stop, in my peripheral vision was a little yellow caterpillar hanging from a web off the side of my hat…didn’t think anything of it after I got started again since I thought it just blew off so I went about my ride and when I got to my next stop, here comes the caterpillar that was blowing back over my shoulder to just hang from the side of the hat again…this continued almost all the way through the last 6 miles and a felt a little bad when I got to the last stop and he wasn’t there anymore….just one of those strange things you can see if you just open your eyes and observe at times….
