Well…I hate it when Windows does an update on my computer….it changes things and the computer works differently…and it took almost two hours last night…slept okay last night but feel a little slow today with not being good last night…so, I am easing into the day…just put a pork shoulder in the oven at high heat to brown it some before I take the heat down and cover it for slow cooking the rest of the day….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I don’t know how much I’ll do today….just have no motivation right now so I guess I’ll just wait to see how the day unfolds….I did remember to put the heat on last night so I didn’t freeze overnight and it is comfortable in here right now….not much to do today….just need to get out on the bike but the wind is blowing some so it will be a little work….but, that’s okay….more later….
