March 10th

Well…I guess 4:10 is the new normal for waking up but I did get back to sleep for an hour and a half so I think that’s okay….have a damn headache that feels like allergies again and I think I may try the flonase again since I have a bunch of it and with the vaccine, I don’t have to worry as much about immune suppression….it is a pain the the yearly tendonitus has settled in my hands and elbows this year and I am going to aggravate it this morning with moving a bunch more stuff to clear the old house and get that done….I am getting a little excited that my son and his wife are going to be here Saturday…have only seen him twice in the last 8 years and have only met his wife once a couple of years ago when I was in NYC with my daughter….it will be cool to have them near by and I hope they like what I’ve done to the house they are moving in to….I did get a nice bike ride in yesterday and found that there is a bar right on the beach and I think that is a little weird…now it is a little common in the Virgin Islands and other tropical places but Muskegon? Didn’t think that was allowed in Michigan….probably won’t frequent that on bike rides since it makes the ride no fun at all….not much to do today….just the run into town and back and then continue putting things away…I did get my stereo hooked up yesterday and listened to some favorite music pretty loud…still need to get the turntable hooked up later today…you remember turntables? You put those round black things called records on them? I know some of you that come here probably haven never seen a record played, but it is satisfying to do the ritual of putting one on the turntable, cleaning it with the discwasher, and gently lowering the stylus onto the record to start the music…more later….
