Well…woke up at 5:43 this morning and realized that I hadn’t set up the coffee maker…doing that before 6 is a lot of work…but I was able to climb back in bed and sleep until 6:40 so I’ll consider that a win…still have pain in my ribs on my right side in back that I’ve had for a few days now and I can’t figure out how I hurt it…oh, well…it’s only 48 out here fight now so the bike rides will wait a while but this looks like the last really cold night for a while….it is such a luxury to be able to crawl back into my warm bed and not have to do anything I don’t want to do….but I guess I worked my whole life to get to this point and none of it was given to me….got a few things done yesterday and it is nice to have a clean car and bike and I even lubed the bike while I was grilling the chicken yesterday….but I don’t have to cook today…I do have to plan what to get out of the freezer for the weekend and I think it will be some of the baby back ribs and part of the 11 pounds of chicken I got Wed….the grill is going to get a work out over the next few days and it is so cool to have one again…and it didn’t flare even with doing chicken thighs yesterday and I’ve never had a grill that would do that…not much to do today…I do have to get cleaning today or maybe that will wait till it rains…yeah, that made me laugh…over 50 days with no rain out here and I don’t think it’s ever going to rain again….more later…
