Well…that was really weird…slept all the way through the night until almost 6 and that never happens…so I feel pretty good this morning but my eyes are scratchy from allergies…it looks like snow all day today and we may get 3-6 inches of snow so I may be out shoveling later…the F1 race is on at 8 and Man U plays at 11:30 so the first ride will be in between them…if I do one at all…one of these days I’m going to take a day off…my damn left elbow has been throbbing with pain since yesterday and I think I’ll hit it with some voltaren here in  a minute….it appears that it’s just the pain that has been moving around from joint to joint…it was in my left shoulder for the past few days and it’s normally my right shoulder hurts…okay, everything normally hurts and that’s pretty tiring…didn’t get much done yesterday and today will be the same but I am going to try to make some more potato soup today to use the whole milk before it spoils…need to make some turkey soup next week to start to make some room in the freezer…not much to do today…just going to sit a bit and have more coffee and ease into it and let my body adjust to being awake…more later….
