Well…man, I feel worn out today….I wonder if I need to adjust my effort level with being as old as I am? Up at 5:40 this morning and that follows the 4 am wake up yesterday and I’m sure that has something to do with how I feel…and not eating enough is part of it too, I mean 2 bowls of soup a day is about 800 calories and that has been 5 days now…but I am losing weight so I guess that’s something…but today ends that and I need to figure out the meals for the next few days…I know bean burritos are going to be part of it and there will be some pasta in there….and I did buy a head of lettuce so maybe some salads? Had a busy day yesterday but I hope today will be a little more relaxed…only going to do the rides and weight work and maybe clean the bathroom but don’t want to think about that right now…the wind is going to pick up this morning to almost 20 mph and that will make the outdoor ride a little tough…have 700 miles in for the year and when I do the math, there is no way to get to 7K for the year unless all I do is ride…and I wonder what is the point? Not much to do today…have 45 minutes before I need to get on the bike but first another cup of coffee…more later…
