Well…slept okay last night and was only up a couple of times so I’ll take it…but my back is sore from going out in the high winds yesterday afternoon and I have the heating pad on while I do this…need to get two rides in downstairs early today so I’ll be on the bike before 7…need coffee first and have just poured the first cup that I’m going to follow up with number two between the rides…going to be a somber day today with heading into GR for my brother’s service this afternoon but I think the two weeks gap since he died will make it easier…at least I hope it does…just not good with funerals…I did find some clothes to wear that are not jeans but I still might just put the jeans on since that is what I wear these days…okay, these years since I stopped looking for work…and with losing almost 40 pounds the past two years, nothing I found really fits other than the stuff my daughter sent me and that not really dressy but they’re not jeans…it’s a little hard now having my birthday all to myself and I’ll miss the phone calls from him…it looks like the weather id going to break for a few days then it gets back in the 40′s for highs and that sucks…not much to do today…just the bike rides and then into town…might ride outdoors when I get back but who knows?
