Well…today was supposed to be an easy one to try to get caught up on some house stuff but it didn’t turn out that way…on the bike at 6:45 to start the day and did two rides back to back I needed to run an errand to get some allergy meds that I was out of and forgot yesterday and I picked up some pork chops on sale that I’m going to marinade in some teriyaki sauce for the grill in a couple of days…then back here for the third ride and now it’s 1pm and I am done for the day…and I really think I need to make sure I eat enough to support all of the physical activity I have in my days…at the beach yesterday, after some hard swimming and being beat up by the waves…again, I felt pretty dizzy and that normally only happens when I under eat…then I though about it and I don’t think a small piece of pizza and two chicken legs is enough to support doing 38 miles a day on the bike…and yesterday it was only a small piece of piece of pizza and some chicken masala that figures out to about 800 calories for the day…so today I started to try to correct that by having two pieces of pizza for lunch and I’ll have more chicken masala for dinner and I hope that gets me over 1,000 calories for the day…and Ive been so dehydrated that I can see it in my skin so I’ve already had 5 quarts of water and I just might add some electrolytes that my daughter got me…we’ll see..
