Well..damn, up at 5:14 this morning an that followed waking up at 4am and I am so damn tired of getting up that early every day…everything still hurts and it’s going to be a struggle to get moving…had to skip curling the weights since my left arm hurt so badly but it might be a little better today…I’ll find out in a few minutes when after I have coffee and get this done…need to get the weight work and at least one ride before the comcast tech comes…I am so damn tired of my internet being so bad I can’t stream anything…so I’ll probably have to switch to frontier fiber and that is going to be a pain in the ass…oh, well…don’t have a lot to do today but the tech and I really can’t wait til he’s done…want my normal life back….more later…
