Well…as I was siting here on my butt just reading, it hit me that it’s been a week since I did the cement repairs and that it should be cured enough to paint…so I went down and got the first coat of Zinsser’s peel stop paint on it and I’ll let that dry for a couple of days before put the second coat on it…only used about a third of the quart that I bought so I’ll easily get one more and maybe two more coats from it…I have a few more places that need to be repaired and painted so I’ll probably buy another quart soon and get started on that…I do want to paint the bike room and continue the grey with white trim as I’ve done up here…I guess we’ll see if it works or not…didn’t get much else done today other than the normal stuff and some reading…man, it’s been raining hard out here since I gut up at 5am this morning and we are supposed to get 2 inches of rain today and another inch a day Friday and Saturday…it’s pounding against the siding and we even had some thunder roll though and I can figure that out with it only 35 degrees out here…at least it’s not snow…more reading…
