Well…okay, today wasn’t easier than yesterday since I did get a ride in before the grocery run and then made a pork shoulder for lunch…and I may even try to go out for a 2nd ride if it stops raining soon…but Canada plays this aft and I’d like to see that…we did get a good bit of rain today but not enough to get the lawn through for the next week without rain…oh, well…the pork shoulder didn’t come out as good as the last one even though I cooked it the same amount of time…not anywhere as tender as the last one but it tasted good so I am looking forward to pulled pork sandwiches for dinner with the new batch of pickles I made yesterday…and aldis had the English cukes that I like for the pickles for only 95 cents each when they are 1.65 at Meijers…it’s getting brighter here so I may be able to get out for another ride…they will run the Canada match tomorrow morning so I guess I can see it then….time to read…
