Well…another day, another heat warning here and it never got under 80 overnight…but I had the little fan on me all night so sleeping was okay…but I can feel that the heat took a lot out of me yesterday but it’s only going to be hot through Thursday and I can take that…going to head out to the beach again and, after it got to 91 yesterday, I’m hoping I can go swimming today if the warm water is piling up in the shallows…I did get a little color yesterday and expect to get more today and I know I shouldn’t…the results of my blood work are out on my mychart page so I guess I’ll have to go out and see if there are any big problems that I’m going to have to deal with…sometimes I wonder if ignorance is better…at least less stressful…I did get the laundry done yesterday and mowed the lawn so I guess that’s something…need to get my butt going here soon and get the weight work done so I can get on the bike by 6:30…more later…
