Well…going to try something a little different this morning and do both rides before I head out for the grocery run so I can go to the beach after I get back here…there has just been a heat advisory issued for us here and old people will be dying from it…I’m glad that I tolerate the heat so well and even revel in it being hot that the next couple of days may be a pain with it being in the mid 90’s but I’ll live through it…but getting out on the bike before it gets really hot is a smart thing to do since it never got under 75 overnight and it is humid as heck…I would expect some fog out there, too…slept okay last night but was up at 4:22 that turned into 5:22 as I fought to get a little more sleep…feel okay today but pretty sore with the same neck problems I’ve been fighting for years now but I know how to stretch that out…so I need to get out as soon as it gets light here in 15 minutes or so…I think I have time to toast a bagel to get some fuel in me for the rides and I do need to pour more coffee down to go with it….more later…
