Well…another pretty normal day yesterday but I am sore all over and I can’t figure out why….slept okay but was up at 3 again so I am a little worn out…it may have to do with not eating enough yesterday…I don’t think a chicken thigh and a small baked potato is enough but I’m having trouble eating….so, I’ll try to do better today….I did have dreams about some weird place that had lots of vodka and mean people but the rest of the details have faded already so it must have been somewhat painful….not much to do today,,,I do have to run out to Kohl’s to look for a dress shirt for the Seattle trip and to see if I can find some new shoes…and then meet up with T later in the day….I hope I get some energy or I may have to skip the bike ride today…
