Well…still reeling from the final “Burn Notice” last night…and the cocktails, too, so I don’t feel that hot today…the rest of the day was okay other than getting a flat on the bike…but, it was just another seam failure in the tube so the tire liners are still doing their jobs….tried to eat enough yesterday and got all the way to 1500 cals for the day…need to keep that up today but it will be a little harder….I may have to just surrender and buy some junk food but I don’t want to break my streak of more than a year without it…oh, well….not much to do today…pool, of course, but not much else….just can’t seem to get motivated to do anything….but, I am almost caught up here so I will come back for at least one more…
