Well…it was another day yesterday but I won at pool so that is something…and, I may have eaten enough yesterday since I feel okay today and I probably shouldn’t…slept okay, too, but the damn tooth that has been hurting is bad again this morning….have to try to stop grinding my teeth at night…not sure how but this has been going on for a year now so I should do something….it looks like I may be able to get back on the bike today but it is just not warm enough yet…I do need to have the second cup of coffee first and get some ibuprofen in me to get rid of the pain in my back…not much to do today…Man U plays this morning so I think I’ll watch that before I go out….might go out for a couple later with some of G’s friends but as time goes on, I am less and less inclined to spend the money…..more later…
