Still can’t believe it…

Well…I am still marveling at the corkscrewing logic that was used by the prosecutor when he was announcing that the killer was not going to be indicted in the Ferguson case. It was so clear that he had an outcome that he wanted, to let the officer go free, and then worked backward to get to that point. There was so much prosecutorial misconduct here that I wonder why anyone even believed that there could be any fairness or justice…I am appalled at how blatant the rigging was from the news conferences where there was character assassination  of the victim to the quite clear effort to ensure that there was no clear case of probable cause presented….the prosecutor should be brought up on malpractice charges and disbarred for this craven display of putting his thumb on the scale of justice so justice wouldn’t be served….geez…
