Well…have been reading of the process that went on in the grand jury for the Ferguson case and this bombshell was just dropped…one of the star witnesses…the so called witness 40….the one who has been quoted by fox news as the credible one that backed up the officer’s story exactly? Yeah, that one…the one that the prosecutor knew was lying and let her testify anyway? The one that perjured herself over 100 times in her testimony? Yep, that one again…and the fact that the prosecutor knew she was never at the scene and all of her testimony was fake is against so many laws that the prosecutor may have to be charged with crimes of his own. At the very least, there needs to be a special prosecutor and a new grand jury convened to make sure justice is served…and these types wonder why there is less and less respect for the law….that cops get to shoot unarmed people and get away with it…that the banksters get to crash the economy and steal billions and get away with it…and the torturers and their bosses torture and kill innocent people and get away with it…that is why I have less respect for the law…there is supposed to be equal treatment for all…I guess it’s like the description in “Animal Farm” …”everyone is equal but pigs are just a little more equal than others…” geez…

Prosecuters are the problem…
Well…just sitting here thinking, no it didn’t hurt, and my thoughts went to the many police shootings that have happened in the past few months and the fact that the grand juries didn’t bring charges for the police that clearly murdered these people…and one of the lame reasons that the prosecutors spoke of was the fact that they have to work with these cops every day and they would stop cooperating if they had the threat of charges hanging over their heads, Yeah, I know, a bunch of bs but there is just one small change that can happen that would eliminate that problem….so, I propose that whenever a cop is involved in any act that would go to the grand jury, the local prosecutor should be replaced by a special prosecutor that has no ties to the police and who will do the job as it is supposed to be done…not like Ferguson where the prosecutor there did everything in his power to make sure the cop was not charged…even up to letting the cop testify for hours….when did you ever hear of a subject of a grand jury investigation being invited to testify to save his ass….never happened with a gang member or mafia don or anyone else. This small change would do more to restore faith in the justice system that has been shattered by letting these murderers go free…geez…
Still can’t believe it…
Well…I am still marveling at the corkscrewing logic that was used by the prosecutor when he was announcing that the killer was not going to be indicted in the Ferguson case. It was so clear that he had an outcome that he wanted, to let the officer go free, and then worked backward to get to that point. There was so much prosecutorial misconduct here that I wonder why anyone even believed that there could be any fairness or justice…I am appalled at how blatant the rigging was from the news conferences where there was character assassination of the victim to the quite clear effort to ensure that there was no clear case of probable cause presented….the prosecutor should be brought up on malpractice charges and disbarred for this craven display of putting his thumb on the scale of justice so justice wouldn’t be served….geez…
Ferguson watch…
Well…this is kind of a placeholder in anticipation of the announcement of the grand jury findings in the Ferguson case tonight at 8pm. I have the sinking feeling that there is another whitewash that is going to happen but I hope to be proven wrong this time…how do you not get charged with something when you chase an unarmed man 140 feet from your cop car and then shoot him to death? I will try to come back for comments later tonight or early in the morning….
Well..I was right…no charges for a murder of an unarmed man…I guess it’s open season for cops now…they now know they can shoot anyone they want without any consequences…what the hell has happened to this country?
This is just sick…
Well…with the murder in Ferguson and the many others across this country where unarmed black men are killed by the police, I found this latest video that I saw a few days back just sick….a drunk, old, white guy is pointing his AR-15 at the cops and can you guess what happened? Well…he certainly didn’t get shot, that’s for sure…you hear the cops saying to the guy “…sir, could you please put the gun down..” and ‘why are you mad at us?” After many other “sirs” and “please”…the guy puts the gun down and the cops arrest him….but the charges were dropped the next week since he said he was sorry….I kid you not…a black kid with his hands up gets killed…a black kid with his hands cuffed behind his back “shoots himself” in the chest…but this white guy is treated like a king and even given his gun back after pointing it at the cops and threatening to kill them….this crap is just sick…and, it IS racist….no other way to say it…geez…
It doesn’t matter…
Well….as I’ve been reading about the killing in Ferguson, one thing struck me…even with all of the eyewitnesses that saw the cop gun the kid down in cold blood…it doesn’t matter…the cop is going to walk and you can see the process happening as we speak…the time taken to release the incident report so it can be worded correctly to make it self defense, the lack of crime scene investigation and the collusion between the prosecutor and the cops that will make any justice impossible…and it doesn’t matter that the whole world is watching…the cops always get away with it and no one does anything about it…and with every one they get more and more brazen since they have learned over time that they can kill anyone they want with no consequences…some democracy, huh?
Things have calmed down…
Well…I have been quite tired today for some reason and I think it’s from only 1500 cals yesterday and the same thing today….going to try to do better today but have only been able to get to 600 or so so far and I know that is not enough…but, that’s not what this one is about…still have to talk about the simmering crap going on in Ferguson and over the past few days, the cops are at it again, raiding a church and confiscating supplies that were to be used to help the protesters…and they came in in full swat gear, to a church…what were they scared of? Angels fighting back? I am just so tired of these idiots running over the rights of the populace just to play their police state games…exactly what was the threat of donated medical supplies? I just can’t believe this crap…geez….

Well…have been reading of the cop responses to the shooting in Ferguson and they are just sick to say the least..one, from LA, just said “do exactly what I say, how and when I say it and you will be okay…don’t talk back to me, don’t tell me you have constitutional rights…don’t say anything…it is up to you if I hurt you or not…” does anyone else see a pattern here? This is just what spouse abusers say to justify their illegal use of force…”she made me beat here since she wouldn’t do what I say…” So, now any time you come into contact with a cop you have no constitutional rights? Or only the ones that the cop sees fit to grant you? That’s not how it works assholes….we have rights that supercede your assholeness…you don’t get to tell us what rights we have…we have the right to not interact with you if we want and that right has been upheld by the supreme court….these sick assholes need to be retrained at the least or fired….I hope this country is finally had enough of this above the law police thuggery…I sure have….geez…
Ferguson cops have got to go…
Well….have been reading about last night’s events in Ferguson and all I can do is shake my head….I mean threatening a reporter with a drawn gun telling him he will shoot him unless he stops recording the lawlessness of the cops….not sure but that sounds like felonious assault to me…and then the firing of tear gas into the crowds before the curfew when they were peacefully protesting…again…felonious assault and these guys need to go. The governor needs to go in, suspend the entire force and prosecute the officers who have been pointing automatic weapons at citizens expressing the 1st amendment rights of free assembly, who have fired tear gas at reporters and then dismantled their equipment, who have abused reporters and arrested them for doing their jobs and who have fired tear gas at people who were just standing in their yards talking….every one of these officers need to be fired today, not tomorrow, not after an investigation, but now since they have shown that they don’t give a damn about the constitution and the rights that are inherent to the people…these rights are not granted by the cops as they seem to think they are…geez…

Well… with the events of this week in Ferguson, the only thing I can think of is my warning of the increased militarization of the police in this country and the results of that militarization…that the police have started to look at the populace they are supposed to protect and serve as the enemy to be afraid of as if they are in a war zone. To see these police point assault weapons at people who are conducting perfectly legal protests of the killing of an unarmed teenager and then attack them with tear gas when they are breaking no law should be prosecutable and those in charge should go to jail for depriving these folks of their constitutional rights. Why are these cops so afraid of everyone? Some of the most pertinent comments about this nonsense have come from military men who have been in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan and who have said that these police officers are more armed than the army when they went into Falluja or other hot spots in the Mideast….I think it’s about time to recall all of the militay weaponry that has been give to police forces across this country and re-task them to what they are supposed to be…the protectors of the people, not the killers of them…geez…
